i will say, its not so bad on a multi-car forum like this, where there are cars of all makes/models...on the couple elantra boards im on, at least once a day someone comes in asking about a cold air intake, or an exhaust, or what springs to drop their car with...we've put up things like stickies and "read this if you're new" posts, but no one ever seems to read it. i swear if there was a way to add this video to have the people signing up watch, it would save us a lot of headaches. here its not so bad.

when i did mine, there was a connection right inside the body of the car that was sealed up by a rubber grommet...pulled the grommet out, and unplugged, and put the new one in...little later i had to swap out the wiring harness in the door (new door was frying fuses...swapped old harness in) which took about 30 minutes, but other than that, it was a cake walk

if you manage to end up on the roof of your car on the freeway (or anywhere for that matter), you can assume that 9 times out of 10 there will be injury. no matter how you try to defend yourself, your comment reflects your highschool age to a T. like i said before, grow the fuck up

have you looked into doing it yourself? i was in an accident in december and got 2 new doors from a junkyard and was able to replace them with one other person (someone to hold the door, someone to bolt the hinges into place) in about an hour for both doors. that includes taking the crushed doors off, removing the wiring harnesses, new doors on, getting them lined up correctly etc...it shouldnt be too difficult

i dont know. i just know i saw a chick driving it both times which made me think it was alex's since i heard on here his wife drives it. as for the black one out there, i dont think its that guy. isnt his son or neighbor on here? the license plate (if im thinking of the same one) says EATS V8S. thats not the plate on the one ive been seeing. its black, pre f/l, dark wheels, i think a light tint job (maybe 35%), exhaust...sounds REAL good. maybe someone will see her and know whas up with it

lately ive been seeing a black STi around town. seen it once in gahanna and once in blacklick in the last 2-3 days. black, dark wheels (cant tell if theyre black or gunmetal), aftermarket spoiler/wing. its high like the STi spoiler, but its different. i know i have heard his wife/gf drives the car, and each time it was a woman driving...sound like the right car? it sounds mean as hell and always looks awesome and come to think of it, i swear i used to see the car parked at an office building in gahanna a few times when i delivered pizza...remembered it by the spoiler.

+1 on byers. they ususally have some nice looking cars right out front, and even nicer ones once you get into the lot.

its not my equipment that is the issue. i had a disconnect MAYBE 1x a week w/ roadrunner at my dads house, and even then, it was at like 3-4am. the guy who installed the cable/internet said "as long as the 2 middle lights are on and blinking youll be ok. if they stop, unplug the modem and give it a couple minutes and plug it back in". this wouldnt be so bad if it weren't 4-6x a day. ive got the modem up where i can see the lights on it, and each time the internet goes out those lights arent blinking. thats WOW equipment, not mine ill try leaving the cable on 4 but even then thats ridiculous it has to be on a certain channel to update. i never had any of these problems with time warner/road runner.

I wish i could get time warner/road runner at my new place im living in blacklick now...about 2 miles north of broad on waggoner road.

2.5 weeks ago i moved into my new apartment. cable was hooked up the next day. its WOW cable/internet, only thing available in my complex since day 1 i have had issues. the guide has worked maybe 4-5 times in the 2.5 weeks ive been here. right now, i can see whats on about 6 channels. internet crashes 4-6x a day at least. i got home from work at 9:30 tonight and its crashed 2x already. i called in to WOW, they said they can send a tech out which would not be until monday. when i asked about getting a credit because this shit service has not worked right from day one, i was told that they can't give me one because i didnt call in and tell them. hello fucktards...ive had the service 2 weeks. i thought my time warner service at my dads having the internet crash once a week was bad...im suprised the internet hasn't crashed while making this post "WOW" is right...im amazed at how shitty this service is.

just seeing if there is any interest right now...my brother needs a car badly. he has a (i believe) 52" TV, probably about 5 years old. not a flat screen, little bulky. i want to say its a GE. has hook ups for surround sound. he's looking to hopefully trade for a cheap car to get him moving again. doesnt have to be anything fancy, as long as it runs, doesnt need much/any work, and will be able to run for another year or two. i can get some pics up maybe by tonight for anyone who is interested
