  1. Exactly. The result of this? Someone is dead and another spent 100's of thousands on legal fees. Not worth it. Self preservation is key.
  2. There is garden dust you can use on animals and plants. Same stuff in the flea drops. It's always reccomended to treat your yard.
  3. Trifexis is more expensive than Sentinal. Sentinal just came back on the market due to a long Novartis shutdown. Trifexis was sold as the Sentinal substitute. I wouldn't say that Trifexis is better though
  4. The agent or broker? Id give them another week of trying the broker, then file a complaint with the local board if no response. Remember to hit social media and review sites hard
  5. Try sunbelt rentals. They have nice trailers. Much nicer than uhaul
  6. Dont beat around the bush. Call the broker and bring it up. Skip the agent. Agents work off of referrals. Brokers make money off the agents. They dont take shit from their agents
  7. Depending on the state system, the employer, in this case the .gov, pay an unemployment premium for every employee. Technically, that unemployment money is "their" money. That's why there is a certain rolling calculation for your unemployment benefits in Ohio, because of the amount of premium's paid. Just like people bitch about seasonal workers taking unemployment, but they pay a higher premium to cover constant layoffs.
  8. Who showed the house your Realtor or his? Contact the broker that was responsible for showing him the house. Worst case scenario you sue him in small claims.
  9. I think Josh Perry is gonna be a beast.
  10. Yeah I always thought they didn't take transfers. Big congrats to Luke.
  11. After learning they use some questionable ways to measure certain attributes, I've kind of lost excitement in SPARQ scores. Biggest example is they used launch pads which the participants can manipulate
  12. One of the bigger reasons on why it is a bad idea to follow or confront someone you find suspicious. There is no reason to actively put yourself in that situation. That's the opposite of self preservation
  13. An article dated a year before martin was shot. Excellent source
  14. Yeah, the arena district is the way to go for RWB
  15. No I would not attempt to confront him. Not my job. My job is to protect me and my family first and foremost. Approaching an unknown person because I think they possibly maybe look like someone who broke into houses recently is too much risk to my safety and my future.
  16. I read the emails too. But when you go further back, he brought it up at an HOA meeting, no one wanted to do it, so he created it himself, then started having informational meetings. You gotta go further back than the 1 PDF doc that was FOIA
  17. Umm, he was the self appointed watch leader because no one else showed interest in forming the group, which is why he wanted the informational meetings.
  18. And I already said he wasn't going to be convicted of Murder 2.
  19. When have I argued that it was? Please, show me. I've never argued that and I have no idea why you keep harping on it.
  20. Depends on the registration with the sherrif dept. He was not registered with the Sherrif or the national Neighborhood Watch Association, kinda just doing his own thing.
  21. That's not the point, the point was his intent. I've probably carried more over the years than you, but I don't grab my gun and get out of the car to go confront someone I think may look suspicious, because I don't want to play cop. Doesn't mean it wasn't the wrong thing to do.
  22. Suspicion has nothing to do with it! It was not Zimmerman's job to play cop and go after him!
  23. I'm not following the racial profiling. I am of the opinion that Zimmerman was a wannabe cop and thought it was his job to go after anyone he thought to be suspicious. It was not his job. "But wait, he was the neighborhood watch volunteer" you may cry. Neighborhood watch volunteers are supposed to stay 100% uninvolved and are asked to not carry guns while on watch (some sherrif departments require it)
