My grandma and I (ok mainly my grandma) did it back in the mid 90's by actually going to all the record keeping places, the courthouses, ohio historical society,etc. It was pretty neat. Took us about a week once we got the leads, we drove to Toldeo Ohio, Coshocton Ohio (where my family ended up settling in the early 1800's) and all the way out to some small town outside of Harrisburg PA (where my family, Hessians, settled after the revolution) I personally recommend doing it this way as it's a lot of fun.

Then they found her ID floating in Hoover Resevoir then a county mower found her body on Smothers (county line) road. My sister and I rode our horses past the spot where the body was found just a few days before the mower found it.

Constructive evictions are almost impossible to prove against slumlords who know what they are doing. Her only option is to call the health dept. next time a utility is out.

weird, I dunno. Like I said, we have never had problems there. We've only just adopted and donated there, so I don't really have any connections or pull.

Did he fill out their application yet? They won't adopt a Pit to you unless you own a house and have a fenced yard.

Well, I will say though that they are one of the few places that adopts out pitt bulls and they are extremely picky on who they adopt them out to and WILL stereotype based on looks. I don't know your brother at all, but if he is trying to adopt a Pitt from there, he has to have the appearance of being a squeaky clean middle class person.

I've never had any problems there. I have adopted 3 dogs from there and my parents 2. I mean, he knows that the adoption hours are only in the evenings during the week right?
