  1. I don't think either of you understand what was going on. Wisconsin was excatly where they needed to be. Stave got the snap, went to the center of the field, took a knee (very clearly took a knee, and one ref even blew the whistle and signled the end of the play). The next play was going to be a spike to bring the field goal unit out. Stave set the ball down so the refs could spot it and put it into play faster. He got up, the line got into position to run the next play, and ASU decided to jump on the ball, delaying the refs setting it for play. The refs then held off Wisconsin from running the play until time ran out. The refs have been punished by the PAC 12. http://pac-12.com/article/2013/09/16/pac-12-reprimands-game-officials-wisconsin-arizona-state-game ASU should have been flagged for delay of game and there should have been an untimed down.
  2. No it's not legal. You cannot shoot a dog because you "fear" it, you can only shoot it for actually attacking you. It would be animal cruelty and illegally discharging a firearm. Being in your backyard doesn't matter, because it's not covered under any sort of castle doctrine.
  3. Pepper Spray will not hurt dogs. Whenever anyone calls saying their dog was pepper sprayed, my wife tells them to spray them in the face with a hose and they will be fine. That's why veterinarians actually advocate using pepper spray. Mail carriers are authorized to carry and use pepper spray on dogs, and that says a lot in this day and age of litigation.
  4. Yes, those would be livestock, like I said.
  5. Personally having watched cal play once before this year, I knew this is what would happen. The style of offense they run they are gonna get their 90+ plays which translates into their 500+ yards. That first TD pass was perfectly thrown and everyone on the field was confused (offense and defense) and then the first screen that went for a TD was just plain gorgeous
  6. Pepper spray. Go to Vance's and ask what the postmen buy
  7. Illegal. Discharging a firearm too close to other houses. You also can't shoot a dog for attacking another dog, only livestock.
  8. And the Nebraska loss is way worse for the B1G today
  9. It's just nice to say " what was that you UM fans were saying about OSU vs UB?"
  10. I found it last night trying to remember his injuries. It was like 500 pages. The first few pages are people saying that he needs to come in and play WR or safety LOL. Anyway, those kids stress their bodies so much while growing that I don't really take injuries in high school into account unless it may have lasting effects (full knee replacement)
  11. Mccoy and Jackson are just beasts.
  12. Why did you throw your friend?
  13. Congratu-fucking-lations. Wiggs took a running car, tore it apart, and took another year and a half to get it running again. If it hits 2000 HP, beats ugr etc, he still loses. I'll send my car to a shop who has not only proven themselves over and over, but one that wouldnt keep my car for 1 1/2 years.
  14. If I can recall correctly he broke his ankle twice, and the only iffy one was 1 1/2 games for a thigh bruise
  15. quite often now with hyper awareness of neck injuries. Stingers used to be a "walk it off" thing. Now training staffs are told to send the player to the hospital.
  16. Then you haven't had a massive one, because you can't move. Players get taken to the hospital for them all the time.
  17. They aren't just stats. That's a good 100 more hits that Braxton takes per season than those 2 QB's (and I believe that Pryor was hurt a few times, and Smith was more about avoiding contact when he ran. To be fair, the staff has made the decisions to keep him out, and to send him to the hospital. This isn't Beanie who missed 3 games because his toe hurt.
  18. He's a QB that is gonna hurt like a running back when he isn't a running back. He carried the ball 227 times last year. The most TS ever carried the ball was 136, TP's high was 162. To compare their ailment's to Braxtons is disingenuous
  19. Actually it's proper for guests to bring gifts that are equal to their per plate cost for dinner. So if you and your wife attend a wedding that is $50 per plate, you two should bring a gift worth $100
  20. Typically your QB isn't taking the shots like he is. Urban sounded kinda upset with Braxton in the presser today. I guess there was a guy wide open and Braxton decided to go for the first down himself. Said he does like that competitiveness in a QB though.
