Not true. FDIC is has no insurance funds and it has been this way for YEARS: When I became Chairman of the FDIC in 1981, the FDIC's financial statement showed a balance at the U.S. Treasury of some $11 billion. I decided it would be a real treat to see all of that money, so I placed a call to Treasury Secretary Don Regan: Isaac: Don, I'd like to come over to look at the money. Regan: What money? Isaac: You know . . . the $11 billion the FDIC has in the vault at Treasury. Regan: Uh, well you see Bill, ah, that's a bit of a problem. Isaac: I know you're busy. I don't need to do it right away. Regan: Well . . . it's not a question of timing . . . I don't know quite how to put this, but we don't have the money. Isaac: Right . . . ha ha. Regan: No, really. The banks have been paying money to the FDIC, the FDIC hasbeen turning the money over to the Treasury, and the Treasury has been spending it on missiles, school lunches, water projects, and the like. The money's gone. Isaac: But it says right here on this financial statement that we have over $11 billionat the Treasury. Regan: In a sense, you do. You see, we owe that money to the FDIC, and we pay interest on it. Isaac: I know this might sound pretty far-fetched, but what would happen if we should need a few billion to handle a bank failure? Regan: That's easy – we'd go right out and borrow it. You'd have the money in no time . . . same day service most days. Isaac: Let me see if I've got this straight. The money the banks thought they were storing up for the past half century – sort of saving it for a rainy day – is gone. If a storm begins brewing and we need the money, Treasury will have to borrow it. Is that about it? Regan: Yep. Isaac: Just one more thing, while I've got you. Why do we bother pretending there's a fund? Regan: I'm sorry, Bill, but the President's on the other line. I'll have to get back to you on that. Once upon a time, there was indeed a segregated FDIC fund. During the Johnson Administration, someone had the bright idea to put the FDIC into the federal budget as a way to reduce the deficit. This was in the good old days when the FDIC always produced a surplus. Putting the FDIC on budget reduced the deficits being created by spending on the Great Society programs in tandem with the war in Vietnam. Stage 2.5 on LGT is Up/Down, Turbo Back, TMIC, protune. From what I hear you can see between 240 and 290 at the wheels.
-
Go test drive a LGT Sedan, and then tell me you don't see yourself driving around in it. You will love the fact you have 250HP from the factory, and have leather seats, heated seats, dual climate, possibly Nav, Sunroof, etc...

I would recomend this. Thorne has spent some time on my car, and I must say a simple flash has done wanders for the car. The car feels great. Pulls hard, no knock, etc.... I would recoemend him for tuning your ride, if you get a Subaru

I just bought my 05 for 14.9 with 60k miles, fully loaded minus Nav. Single owner, never beat on. They are out there, but it does take some searching around to find them. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/searchresults.jsp?num_records=25&search_lang=en&page_location=findacar%3A%3Aispsearchform&search_type=used&distance=50&address=43204&marketZipError=false&style_flag=1&make=SUB&model=LEGACY&make2=&start_year=2005&end_year=2005&min_price=&max_price=&seller_type=b&transmission=&engine=&drive=&doors=&fuel=&max_mileage=&color=&keywordsrep=&keywordsfyc=&keywords_display=&sort_type=priceDESC&body_code=0&certified=&advanced=&highlightFirstMakeModel=&showZipError=n&default_sort=priceDESC&awsp=false&keywordsrep=&keywordsfyc=&systime= Some decent ones around Cbus

If I was you I would buy an 05 Legacy GT. Same engine as the STI, minus AVCS on the exhaust side, and Sodium filled valves. You can pick one up for 14k-16.5k If that is our of your range though, stay away from the 02's unless you want to replace the transmission frequently.

Your not understanding this. He isn't playing Crysis on a 42" monitor. He is simply watching video, 2d vs 3d App.

Kinda hard when the Incumnbent Phone Carrier (ILEC) in Columbus is ATT. The only place close to Central Ohio that could see FiOS is Delaware, since Verizon is the ILEC there.
-
True. Could have plea'd for complete dimissal though. In no way am I implying anything, just throwing it out that you can plea basically for whatever you want...
-
That is pure speculation. They could have reach a Plea Bargin as well. The only way you could find out is Linn, His Attorney, or the Judge.

I guess. Prejudice Pursuant, just means the record won't be expunged, but they can't ever bring it up against him in the future. So basically he was granted by Delaware that after this trial this information can never be used against him ever again in another court case, in Delaware County. Prejudice Pursuant doesn't carry over from County to County from what my lawyer friend told me. Then it will go to Grand Jury, where all they decide is if there is enough evidence to press charges. If they decide yes, then it goes to the prosecutor who will determine if he wants to pursue the charges. If he does, then Linn will put in his Plea, and if he pleads not guilty he will get the chance to a speedy trial, trial by jury, or trial by judge. Pretty common for any Felony. **EDIT** Reading owns me. The case is dismissed. Hence the Judgment Entry. For whatever reason the court reached a deal with the attorney. This means it won't have to go to Grand Jury or even Trial.

If the car has been registered in another state, all you would need is the bill of sale and an out of state vehicle inspection. This will give you the ability to register it in Ohio. Granted this means the origional owner had to go through the proper channels, to aquire a new VIN plate, etc... for the car.
