  1. Ended up getting a refurb TCL 55" with Roku for $300 from WalMart, after reading reviews. Great TV for $300. Ended up putting it in the house and put the LG 42" we got in 2010 on an articulated mount in the garage.
  2. Looks like a USB flash drive. Set on fire and move on.
  3. Anthony's house is basically like this, if you want a rally course instead of a race track.
  4. A few days ago I was wondering to myself these guys were still in business.
  5. Not me. Local Pittsburgh dude selling this. Looks SICK. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1989-volvo-780-with-5-0-v8/
  6. NICE. I was just looking at these, wondered how they were. I can easy mount a cheap soundbar to it. Kinda want a 55 for the garage after measuring...
  7. Good looking car! LMR has sales all the time on tire and rim packages, get a set of ponies on that!
  8. I told my wife this past weekend I wanted to put a TV in the garage on an articulated mount, so we could watch football and hockey games outside on the back patio (our whole backyard is a patio). Thought she thought I was crazy. Last night she asked me if we'd have the new TV in the garage for the Ohio State game in two weeks so we could have people over. I had to stop myself mid-sentence at saying "Well, I'm not sure I'll have the time fo-" -- YES we'll have it in there! This thread is timely. Gonna put our ~2010 LG 42" out the and get a 55" for inside.
  9. They don't even have to be complete pieces of shit, either. Some of them have really nice build quality -- the Samsungs and Asus versions mostly.
  10. Chromebook. Store the files in Google Drive, which is better anyway.

Cleaned up my stock injectors and MAF, gonna swap those in tomorrow to see how it runs... In the mean time, kids are out of town (in Columbus!) so I did a few more projects -- replaced the dew wipes, added missing seatbelt hold downs for the front seats (it's a vert, but the previous owner put in coupe seats), and replaced the rear seat belts -- they were not in great shape.

Yea, I changed out the year old funky fuel with fresh 93 and it won't start again, so thinking they're just too much right now. Still need to talk to Brian, but I'm thinking of picking up a set of 30's and matching tube for my C&L and swapping them out until I do a blower next year. When it starts it idles decent, but you can't give it any throttle without it afterfiring into the exhaust, and now it won't run it all with the only change being good fuel.
  13. Red or red pro? Edit: what memory configuration?

Fully built and done. She runs! Sounds mean. Car is rich as FUCK though, I had to back the timing off a bit just to get it to run. Bogs down under any quick throttle movement. Starting to think these 47lb injectors were not a good idea, should have just gone with 24's and left the fuel lines alone lol. Not sure it's drive-able as is. It really doesn't like coming off idle. Gonna confer with Brian Turner and maybe bother Derek tomorrow. Ready to get her on the road if I can get the tuning figured out. Check out dem one piece headlights Video:

Look what got uncovered today... Aw, snap. Intake hits the valve cover. 3/8" spacer coming from Amazon tomorrow. Really wanted to avoid a spacer, thought of clearancing the valve cover but decided to do it right. Got the fuel tank back in with help from a friend, primed the fuel pump to test the wiring and the new fuel lines -- 1/4" return line leaks at both fittings where I cut it to fit around my subframe connectors. My flaring job was not good enough. Ordered a couple compression fittings and a female union from Summit, hopefully that'll be good enough to get the job done for a while. If I can get it together, I'll plan to just replace the O.E. style lines with braided in the spring. Prolly should have just done that from the start. Hoping the fittings get here tomorrow too.

Back from the work trip. Fabbed up a quick bracket for the radiator expansion tank out of some 3/16" aluminum angle. Used the bungs on the radiator for the automatic transmission cooler lines (1/4 NPT) since mine is a manual. Turned out nice. Plan is to have it running mid-week. Not far now.

I'd do that, but I don't like the way I sit in f-bodies.
  18. $77 hah. I laughed when I bought stuff for mine, I mean a timing set for $55? It's like stealing. Looking good!

Kinda pissing the wife off now... BUT. Got the electric fans completely wired in... and all of the other wiring done -- everything tucks nicely under the factory wiring cover -- fuel pump, 3G alternator, and fans. Some more cleanup and general "plugging shit back in" and the hoses set up. Already hating that I used the worm clamps from the hose kit, should have bought wormless clamps. Will revisit. Plenty of cloth tape used for that factory look. Test fit under the cover... Fans from a good angle Almost looks like an engine again... Lots of little odds and ends yet, but only big things left are the upper intake (prepped and ready to bolt on already), A/C lines, and vac lines.

Got some mo' progress. Alternator bracket and 3G alternator in (still need to do wiring), 134a A/C condenser, SVE aluminum radiator, and SVE electric fans in. I have a really nifty one piece radiator hold down brace too but it didn't work with the electric fans out of the box. Will revisit that later.
  21. Both would be in Columbus -- though if you wanted to come all the way to Pittsburgh you could do my truck and Mustang too. Dad lives in Reynoldsburg, wife will be in Italian village. I'll call you.
