For what it's worth, I have many clients that host with me and use Godaddy's DNS and this has never happened in three years.

Godaddy is about 50% cheaper than other comparable hosts.

Or some nice person on here will offer to make a site for you.

Godaddy can do all of that for you. Log into your domain control panel, choose the domain name, and there will be an option on the details page for hosting. When you check out through hosting, there will be options for their site builder.

Haven't had a good thread in two years. Time for a refresh. Who's the PDR master?

I have family from Florida who are in the same boat (or, airplane) for our wedding. They have already re-booked through Delta for a reasonable price, thankfully.

What's worse is the destination cities affected. Columbus definitely was getting significant growth and benefit from Skybus, but the destination cities were experiencing unprecedented growth and traffic. Some airports hadn't had a commercial carrier for 10 or 15 years. Because of the extraordinary business from Skybus they had begun or were in the process of beginning upgrades to their facilities. Hiring people, construction, expansion. All because of our little startup airline. Now it's all gone, all of that growth and traffic, their economy explosion, turned off in a night. This is truly tragic on many, many levels.

Yea, I heard a story of a family of four who were stranded in Florida and tickets back were almost $3000. They rented a car to drive it. I'll bet that was a fun 20 hour drive...

DJ, you can do better from Dell even new. But especially if you shop the Dell Outlet which is their refurbs.

What really sucks is, you want to support your local businesses. Love or hate their business model, Skybus was a boon for Columbus, pure and simple. This is a very sad for all of us.

WOW, we have tickets for our honeymoon for early June. I feel lucky that we have this much notice, and even luckier that I have a very generous family member who has stepped up to help us not have to pay a lot for replacement flights. Have to call my credit union first thing to get a refund...

With all these great shops in Columbus, it's a shame the SVO isn't very tunable. Bet it could use some love.
