i'm talking about road biking, i'm going to do ~ 30 miles on saturday or friday at kokosing gap. hit me up on AIM BertoBizkit so we can figure this out.

just watch waht you eat. no soda or stupid shit all i drink is water, OJ and milk. stop fast food. take ur lunch from home i usually take a backed chicken sandwich with bread and some pasta witha banana. i drink a liter of orange juice a day. an di bike 20 miles every other day if not more. hoping to do my first 100 mile tour at the end of the summer. probably go back to the weight machines too. anyone that wants to ride with me can. i hold a 18 mph average speed most the time..sometimes higher.

good choice. those have pep for daily drivers the newer generation v6's have even more go to them.

i've lost about 30 lbs in 9 months lost 10 lbs the first month then just slowly. went to the gym every day, did 35 mins of hardcore EFX then weights, had a girlfriend gave up the gym for 2 months. now i'm biking 20 miles every other day if not more. its working tho

when i needed bearings pressed out of my hub, shops told me i needed to put the assembly back on the car and bring it to them so they could take it apart and then press it out. i know its liability issues and bullshit but come on.

i don't think its that because when the car is on and the A/C is on the line to the compressor has 12 volts....its just when i hook up the compressor the voltage drops like that.

well the AC went out in the corolla last yr, well its hot as fuck so i decide to fix it. well the compressor clutch was not getting 12 volts. i tested it and when i apply 12 volts from the battery the clutch engages, and cold air comes out. the wire that went to the compressor with 12 volts originally, so i traced it back to the AC amplifier where it still had 12 V so i ran a wire from the AC amplifier to the compressor. well the line i added in i tested and has 12 volts....awesome. but when i hook it up to the compressor the voltage drops to 0.5 volts. wtf. help.

anyone on here pretty good with window tinting? I'm planning on tinting the windows on my dad's truck on saturday and was wonderin gif someone with experience could give me a hand with it. it should be very easy its just a flat panel in the back window (no window) and the sides are basically flat also. taking the side windows out is pretty easy too so if that makes the job easier that can be done. TIA shoot me a pm and i'll send u my cell # or something. of if anyone know someone that can do it relatively cheap.
