i got my car broken into, i took the face plate off the radio. they searched for it but no luck because it wasn't there. all they took was a mag lite an dsome walmart speakers. TAKE YOUR FACE PLATE OFF , if you know there are breakins why would you leave IT and ANOTHER RADIO there. i'meven worse about my car now i have some tricks in there and on top of that i don't leave anything. i have a small bin i put everything in there when i leave the car and take it with me

the marker thing works, i reluctantly did it. it snot every day its ok to write on a CD with permanent marker... but it works.

help me out here if i'm wrong. is 128 kbits is the rate on a CD and you rip it at 300 ur still only getting the same quality as the original with some "dead space". what i'm trying to say is technically u can't make the quality better than the source. correct me if i'm wrong.

ij ust got my 5gb mp3 player friday and i love it right now i'm in the process of ripping all my CD's into mp3's using windows media player 10 i set the bitrate to 128 kbit from what i understand thats CD quality. i've fit like 40 CD's on there and not even half way full and it sounds fine. also remember higher bitrate uses up your battery faster

well i have a CD that i'm trying to put into mp3 format for my mp3 player...but they designed it so it won't even recognize the CD in the drive....how do you guys get around this? second a couple of these songs have dead time and talking i want to trim off, how can i do that, or is there someone that can do it for me?
