here is pretty much one of my full workouts (from last saturday). get work done, son..

but i see more AWD and 4x4's on the side of the road the RWD vehicles..... AWD and 4x4 do terrible in the snow.......

there I weighed 187. my vertical has never decreased due to increased bodyweight as my strength goes up. when I was 17 weighing 145 I could do a run jump and jump on platforms or boxes my shoulder height, now being 35 and weighing 190ish I can do the same.

haha Ya it might be, but when i increase strength i hope my vertical increases with it.

well my goals for the year is to be in the best shape of my life again at 35 get to 190+ at 8% bodyfat dunk at 5'8" run a 5k Total 1600+ raw at 181 on my next powerlifting meet (3/22/14) with some where with a 600+ squat, 400+ bench (rehabbing a shoulder injury right now) 650+ deadlift

lol when i had verizon i was only getting 0.23 meg download. service was horrible!!!

using straight talk (uses at&t towers) i get 12mgs down in columbus 4g lte. service has been better than verizon. unlimited talk, text and technically unlimited data, but only get 2.5 gigs high speed data a month. $49 a month and that includes taxes.

praying for you. hope you get through it without to much damage. my dad has MS and it hasnt been to kind to him. also have a nephew that has a very rare auto immune disease, and an ex girlfriend with an auto immune disease, those things suck when your body attacks its self and they have to use corticosteroids to weaken your immune system so it wont attack your body.

i think it is stupid, also not technically advanced as they state. Body styling is poor, not unique at all. lol at the radio...

I have AWD and snow tires for the winter, I drive an 80 mile commute to work on some roads that drift over pretty well. Urbana got hit with snow pretty good while it missed columbus. My snow tires do noticeably better than the all seasons I run in the summer. I am able to do the speed limit in snow that is under 8" since my car doesnt have to much ground clearance.

i doubt it. I feel the same way about a vagina. Woman have so much more to offer men versus what another dude has Guy is just speaking his beliefs. As a Christian he believes some things are wrong (sins) and are not based upon what society's consensus is. All can be saved if they want to. now people get mad cause they don't want to believe what they do is wrong, so they attack people on their right to a belief and freedom of speech. To me the guy is being fired because his religious beliefs which is against the law.

when i had at&t a few years ago, I tethered and was fine. switched to verizon and since they use certain gov restricted airways you are legal allowed to tether. at&t i hear now is able to detect if you are tethering by the internet browser you are using. not sure if they will say anything though if you don't use much data.
