The V's are notorious for cracking the case, and clunking, due to poor pinion support and a horribly engineered bushing set up. But the car is on its feet again good as new (Never seen a diff break quite that bad either...) Good work Andrew! -Brandon

Chad, I can tell you all the cheaper ways to get the job done. There is modification that needs to be made to the fuel system for those power levels, and lots of tuning. Also Brads twin dryer cars motor is hurt from my understanding...I havent seen him in a while, but we were looking at engine components a while back. A walbaro is good to 550 wheel maximum, we have a nice CNC drop in set up:) When you around the shop ill show you your limits, and what you have to do so to speak. -Brandon

When are you going to realize this car is not an all out race car... If we wanted to build a race car, we would have done so. Ultimately it does come down to a power to weight ratio, and traction. If we wanted the car to hook better Mark could allow us to cut up the rear of the car, and pull 1.1's 60 fts all day long if not better. Its to what extent you want to take a build to. And what front drive DSM's that are not *DRASTICALLY* modified cutting 1.2 60 foots? Last time I checked their were no RWD stock versions .

RPM transmission can rebuild your transmission for a good Price Mike (I can also make you a deal on a whole swap/ clutch package price that will make it a little easier on the back pocket), and the 10 spline shaft will break/twist like others mentioned. -Brandon

I have a new V8 making its way into my S14 now, so I need to sell the SR20det pieces, and there are lots. Completely built bottem end, ZERO miles since this winters refresh -CP pistons -Crower rods -OEM crank Built upper end -.5mm oversized Brian crower valves - New keepers and comp springs and ti retainers - Jwt C1 Cams I have all the other pieces to the motor, which I sandblasted 80 perecent of the pieces, and they look brand new! Also have a freshly polished valve cover. I have the stock ECU, and the s13 - s14 wiring harness ready to roll. I will sell everything in the swap you need for 5000 OBO! (that includes transmission as well) I also have a lot of other items from the engine PeakBoost topmount t2 manifold cermaic coated -750 obo Garrett gt30R never used! Polished compressor cover, same black ceramic hot side coating - 950 firm. I have an AEM EMS for the car as well -900 firm (and the base tune, or tuning help I can offer free) I have a FMIC 24X12X3 - 100 dollars Tial 38mm waste gate - 125 leaded valve Act 6 puck clutch kit and alumnium aasco flywheel - 100 each respectivly I have a lot of other items, but this is the jist of it all. The builder is very sketchy... It does explain the the 60' times From all indications. And the car was launching on juice and a trans break as well, from insiders.
