    Since we're planning on moving in the next year or so, Marc got us a 2.5% 1 year ARM with less than $400 out of pocket. Cannot say enough good things about him and his process. Great guy to work with.

    Marc got us closed this morning and I can't say thanks enough for how hard Marc worked for us to get our home refinanced. Provided a number of options and in the end, we chose the best option for our situation and came away feeling great about the entire process. Would highly recommend him to anyone. A+ all the way!

    Guy is a class act. Having met him a few times and talking to him during the build of the cornhole set for him, I can think of nothing negative to say about the guy. He's done so much for Ohio State and this city that many will continue to support him and be inspired by him. I was honored to build these for his personal use.

    This is a similar situation I ran into here a few years back. From that instance, I learned that you cannot have too much communication during transactions if both parties want to end up satisfied with the deal.
