While changing the seal on top of the gas tank in my s10 today I must have messed up one of the lines long the framerail. Not sure which one is leaking but it appears to be leaking in a couple spots.
Bed is off, and it still looks like a pain in the ass to run new lines from the front cross member to the fuel tank because of the frame being boxed up front. I'm debating if I should do this myself or just have a shop do it. If the labor part isn't much I may go ahead and have the local shop take care of it.
There's 3 lines:
3/8 for the supply
5/16 for the return
1/4 for the ventilation
Any of you take a guess on what this would cost, parts wise and labor separately? I'm assuming 3 12' lines would be plenty. I can do it but I don't like laying on gravel, and it would probably look a little sloppier than a shops work, but it would save money.
edit-tank is already off as well.
