I had one guy order food thru the call center for carryout right... he was quoted 15min. I held it for 90min (maximum time you can hold cheese at 150-165 before bacteria colonies begin to grow) and he still didnt show. So i cancel the order and throw it away. So im already agitated that i just lost $24 worth of product, but to twist the knife a little more, he shows up a half hour later... 2 hours after he placed the order. I tell him i cancled the order because it was too old and it would have made him sick if i had kept it and served it to him. This fucking guy has the nerve to get loud with me! WITH ME! I told him i could remake it for him but it would take another 15min... a reasonable solution... he has the fucking balls to tell me that it wasnt good enough, that he should be compensated for his inconvience! I told him that if we quote you 15min, be here in 15min, its your responsibility to be here when its ready, not our responsibility to make it when you feel like showing up. So then i asked him why he would order food from somewhere, if he didnt know where it was? Or why he didnt just have it delivered, or even call back to get directions!
After it was all said and done, i ended up giving him like 10 bucks of his fucking order just to get his ass out of my store. If i was a franchisee, i would have told him to just leave becasue he wasnt getting a discount. OMG and the worst part was, this guy had the worst breath you could possibly imagine... smelled like the cheapest trick in vegas during her time of the month... i didnt eat for 2 days.
