  1. My apologies, fixed! BTW, I would go with the Profec B, but my car doesnt' seem to make boost, it just sucks. smile.gif
  2. Sounds as if it may be time for a flush and fill....or a remove and refit
  3. Profec B's are really good boost controllers. [ 26. March 2003, 01:39 AM: Message edited by: More leftover bolts than CR ]
  4. I have not heard of that yet, hmmmmmmmm. [ 26. March 2003, 12:38 AM: Message edited by: torqueless ]
  5. My 205/50/15 Bridgestone Potenza SO-3 are in the garage and ready to be whooooped upone. But what I have heard is that these are gonna be the best all around tire. Might last a little longer than the Azienas as well. Something about the so-3's that is really neat, is that they have alot of layers of different rubber. On the outside it has a little bit of harder layers of rubber, and doesn't stick as well as when it start's to get worn down a little bit. So the more you wear off of the tire, the better they stick. Just thought I would share some information my TireRack salesman gave me.
  6. I am a fan of Eibach myself, they have 2 kinds of kits, a Pro Kit or a Sportline kit. If I remember correctly a prokit will drop your car about 1.0" and a sportline kit will drop it about 1.8" and both will ride pretty well. As for coilovers, I would only do it if you are planning on competing on some type of racing circuit or you want the ultra crushed look, cause they ride like hell compared to progressive rate springs.
  7. Thanks for all of the Passen bashings fella's. As far as the Greddy kit is concerned I feel as if it is a way better fit, quality and yadda, yadda. I think also that it is way more streetable, not making the car fast but respectable and alot more fun to drive. Bottom line is if you want something that is reliable and is steetable go Greddy. If you want to go balls to the wall get the Rev-Hard or whatever. Alot of those kits come with Max hp's in mind, not so much driveablitly. But if you wanna go faster, I would reccomend a motor build up. But this is only my exprience and my opnion from my place of work. If you want to know the real truth try to talk to people who have these kits. [ 12. March 2003, 03:32 AM: Message edited by: torqueless ]
  8. Yea, I would most def agree, I just wouldn't want to be the first one to say it since I would catch a beat down from all of the CR members who just wanted to tell me I was wrong. I did NGK (stock) high performance wires, and iridium plugs, Bosch cap, Honda rotor. Honestly I hear way more horror stories from aftermarket ignition systems than good ones. Don't waste your time or money on them.
  9. I am sorry I meant in/lbs to N/m
  10. Does anyone know how to convert Newton/Meters to Foot/Lbs? Thanks

    Civic's

Me too, I drive a 99 Integra GSR and don't get me wrong, I love it but I think that my heart is with most 4 doors. They have more room for passengers, and alot of the time I feel as is they just look smoother.

There are a few out there but most stick to the 2dr because they feel it has more of a sporty appeal, at least that is what I have heard.
  13. I roll from cleve ave and 71 every day and from 315 to 270 to cleve ave every day and I hardly ever see a cop, but I still am very careful, the insurance companies love to hate a male with the most stolen car in America.
  14. I have always thought that the rotaries have been prone to exploding due to the nature that they run so hott. But is the detonation just the following factor of the motor being to hot in the rotary.
  15. I have watched an undercover cop pull over a guy one time. As I looked in my rear view mirror one time I saw the ominus Crown Vic headlights w/ tinted windows. My suspicions arose, a crown vic with tint. I know that the only people that drive those were cops or old people and most old people (mainly retirees) don't tint their windows. But there was a guy in a Neon that sped away. At first he was just doing like 45 in a 35 and the cop didn't seem to mind. But when he started dipping and weaving in and out of cars, and changing lanes without signaling, the unmarked cruiser started to get pissed. So the cruiser started following him. I knew it was undercover as soon as I looked in the rear window and saw the two little lights that looked red and blue near the thrid brake light. As soon as he turned onto another main road the undercover started flashing his lights and within seconds a marked cruiser was at the spot.
  16. I think that their are alot of people around America who have had bad experiences with shops. Some not as bad as others, I just feel that it is sad that when people go to a certain shop and have a bad experience, they always talk some smack about it. But when people have a great experience they seldom say something. Just trying to get that off of my chest. graemlins/asshole.gif
