    As a longtime traveler fan, he sounds close and maybe if he tried he could be closer, but that is popper, close but not gonna sound good to the traveler fan.     Stomache size is directly related to portions size. Eat only small portions, but eat all day you will be fine. Hunger is also, in the brain; so you must mentally beat it as well. Hunger is a cruel thing. It is like being an alcoholic that has to drink 5 times a day just to live and hoping that you control yourself.

    DRINK MORE WATER. EAT MORE. EAT HEALTHY. EXERCISE MORE. but seriously, eating heathly is the only way to lose weight, 10 hours a week in the gym dont matter if the other 100 hours are spent eating like shit.

    Nice review. I really like pump fuel, i dont know if it really does anything; but it keeps me in the gym and i feel like i worked out the next day. But it is 65$ for 20 or so shakes.
