Michelins are my favorite. The link I posted is for the specific tires I like. The warranty is for 50k miles (half with different front/rear sizes, but I have over 100k on mine. It was for my work car with similar driving conditions. Not bad in winter either.

He was being forced to lie on the ground and when he refused, THEN they said 'you're under arrest'. You can't be placed under arrest for refusing to lie on the ground if you haven't been told you ARE under arrest. Before that happens, you are pretty much free to go about your business. They also did not state WHY he was under arrest. It's a weird video. I'd like the back story.

They are expensive. Go to Colonial Music (used to be on High St, not sure where they moved) and see about renting one short term. Once your kids have decided they like it, see about buying it, or finding one used. They are very knowledgeable about instruments.

Stop. Don't paint your car without proper training. You've already listed several things in this thread that make me believe this is a BAD idea. This is not something you can learn on the fly like you can with mechanical work.

If you're looking at a garage queen anyway, the Boxster will lose value slower than an STi. Judging from Steve-o's comment, I don't think he's driven one. I'd keep it. If you drive it often, go with the STi. It's more forgiving for daily driving duties.

Maybe you should have them come to your house and give you an estimate. Couldn't hurt, and it would be accurate.
