It's a large area of shops that sell gold which is cheaper than you can find almost anywhere. The reflection of the gold from the shop windows makes it appear as if everything is made of gold. I bought a watch while I was there, I picked it up for $260 and found out it was a $900+ watch when I got back. They also have excursions into the desert with a 4WD vehicle, it takes a few hours, and you end up at a fenced in area where they have a huge feast and music with belly dancers. I can't say enough good things about it. I wish I had more info for you, but you should DEFINITELY do it if it's still a thing there. You may experience some racism, but for the most part the people you encounter will not be Arabs. If you DO run across an Arab who is being rude, or perhaps ignoring the fact that you're in line somewhere, be careful because he is above the law. For a professional look, drop the tank. It's probably the safest way to do it anyway. It might make it easier to ensure you can see what you're doing top and bottom. Besides, if you poke a hole in it when you're cutting, you'll have to drop it anyway. BUT, if you can cut the hole and you don't care how it looks, by all means bypass it. I'm not 100% sure what the end goal is.

Yes Yes If dropping the tank is not so important, I am assuming quality is not the first priority. That being said, you could use rivets and seam sealer.

In the meantime, I recommend going through your own insurance company and pay your deductible. They will take care of everything and negotiate with the school district, and will allow you to obtain a rental immediately, etc.

If you have everything in order, the value of the car is extremely high. Once you start making changes, that all goes out the window. Exotic collectors want a car with a known history.
