So I woke up at 5 am Met Jon Moore with the rig and we met up with IPS and crew and headed to Indiana for the RPM Trans mission Drag day. all RPM customers and invited got to use the track at free will all day. Well it was prime weather for some fast passes. First off the trailer was us with MooreSpeed. We changed out radials for slicks and went to the lanes. Trans snapped a gear on the first launch game over. Mark had the Corvette out made decent passes however he was skating auround the top end of the 1320 like a figure skater on meth. Track just couldn't hold the IPS Vette. But that did not hinder our fun and good times with good people. Dover Im on a mission. Gym = 4 days a week Mon, wed, Fri and Sun is a light lift day. Every visit I do Abs, Run, Lift broken down into Back, Arms, Chest, Sun is combined. Everyday: Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey = 2 a day. Optimum Nutrition Casein = Every night before bed Dark Matter after every workout, and after work on my days off. My diet Ive cut out Fast food and no pop. Eating at home and healthier lots healthier. Changing my lifestyle in its whole. Starting Jan15th my roomate David and I will be doing P90 not P90x. I should have gained quite a bit of weight and mass so now it will be time to cut it off. Right now I weight 178-182 fluctuating.My Goal is 165` when we leave for PCB and bench a max of 300 x's 2 on bench and 80lb Dumbells Military press. Right now Ive impressed myself allready military pressing 60lb dumb bells 2 sets 5 reps. Obviously not jumping straight to them but working my weight up to it. Max bench now is only 225, have not had a spotter so no real numbers.
