I honestly didnt think to mount on the other side. I just went off the "here is how it works" demo in the video. Swiveling backwards I wonder if the optic will be offset though if that makes sense. As in the the mount is set a half inch backwards then when i flip, the offset will be backwards pushing forward a half inch making clearance an issue. You may be better to tell me if the swivel is centered since you have one already.

Hey All... Need some advice. I have a PSA .223/5.56 upper with a fixed front site post. I have a flat top with flip up rears. I also have a Trijicon 1x reflex perfect co-witnessed. I really want a little magnification of 3x-5x that I can use when I want it. The question is...I have been looking for a good flip to side to add on. I would love an EOTech, but having a hard time justifying 550 dollars for it (at that I might as well spend the extra 400 and get a 4X32 Triji with attached reflex. I was looking at the Vortex VM3 Magnifier with swing mount, but if you look at how it swings, it swings the optics almost in front of my non-optic using eye and from the way it looks, might obstruct vision if I am keeping both eyes open. If you watch this video you can see how it swings to the side. Love the swing action, but feel like swinging to the left seems counter intuitive to me. http://www.vortexoptics.com/video/vmx3_with_swing_mount_combo I want a good flip to side mount and optic that wont break the bank, but wont break because the base is all plastic after 50 rounds. Hey guys. I heard back from my buddy last night. Those are no longer available. He said he took them to a gun show out of state a couple weeks ago and offloaded a couple hundred. He did tell me that he has a guy that is supposed to be shipping him a couple pallets worth straight from active duty. They will be used and dinged up I imagine, but oh the stories they would tell if they could talk. He is not sure when he will get them and will call me when he does. I will post them up here when he gets them.

I have no need nor do I care enough to research old posts to check and see who is buying what. I have a friend who has a stock pile of the aluminum military style mags. I will contact him and see if he sill has them and if he wants to off-load them. Last I checked he wanted 6 or so each. I will get back to you all.

He has been around a lot of different animals and he is very cool with all. He is still a puppy and gets a little mouthy like a piranha, but he knows the word NO very well and reacts accordingly. He sleeps all over everyone and everything. He is a puppy, and as he gets older will need work to ensure training. Proper training will keep him cool as a cucumber. Short answer...yes he would be just fine.

Hey Guys, As some of you know, my wife and I foster for a pit rescue and we have a puppy for adoption. I really hesitate putting him up because I want to keep him, but my wife is not having it. lol. This is Maximus and he is hands down the coolest damn dog ever. He is 8 weeks old pit mix and weighs about 12 pounds. He is up to date on all shots and is getting fixed/chipped next week (someone called me a commie bastard once on here for chipping, but its mandatory by the agency so deal with it). He was dropped off in a box along with 2 others from his litter to Franklin County Animal Shelter at their front door overnight. He has no medical conditions and was fat and happy when found. He had fleas, but those are gone. Max is seriously a cool ass dog, and anyone who gets him is going to have a genuine awesome dog. His personality at this age is amazing and he will grow up to be a really great ambassador of the breed. He gets along great with our dogs (also pits) and every other dog he meets (been taking him to dog parks and out in public daily). He already goes to the door when he has to go to the bathroom. In the 2 weeks we have had him, we have only had a couple accidents. He will let you know when he needs to go out. He is crate trained already and loves his crate. First night we put him in the crate, he never cried. He sleeps almost the whole night through only to go out once or twice and goes right back in to sleep. He loves people and loves bones/toys. I wish I could keep him...truely he is awesome. I expect him to be between 70-80 pounds given his paws. Adoption fees are 175 and that includes all shots, chip, and neuter. Let me know if any of you would like to meet him.
