    Shingles

shingles is no joke...The rash runs mid line from your top of your chest(clavial) to you lower abd as well as on your back...It runs this way because thats the path of your spinal nerves. from what i hear its like every nerve ending is on fire not only can it affect people who are immune deficient (elderly, young, sick etc) but regular people whit a temporary decrease in immunity...stress and lack of sleep, for example, can bring it on. just like how you get sick after finals week in college
  17. as much as you want to buy a nice bike, i would buy the walmartbike for the season ride it till it breaks. 20mi a day is a good goal, but unless you are committed you might not want to drop a 1k on a bike for something youll only use for a summer. For some reason biking seems to be a sport where peopel spend alot of money and end up only hardly using what they bought My dad is a huge cyclists. he bought a $200 used treck in the mid 90s and only got a new(used x1yr) in 2006. He did tours in therockys, numerous GOBA and TOSRV events with it. alls im saying is make sure you are really interested before make a monetary commitment. Its the rider not the equipment that makes the difference. you can buy all the lycra socks, carbon fiber frame/wheels, shimano components and all the lance armstrong helmets you want and still be slower than some 15yr old in your neighborhood:o. PS if you ever want to go road riding PM me...id be down FOSHO:) PPS http://www.outdoor-pursuits.org/ is a good group to get with if you wanna buy some used stuff, or go for a ride.
  18. get a job at a motorcycle shop. i worked at ask during the summer after graduation and between college. best summer ive had. learned alot and had a blast. i dont think you have to be over 18, but you obviously want to check. i did prep work for bikes that where sold. during down time you clean the shop, random cleaning on the sales floor, lawn mowing and other yard work, wash and polish bikes boats ATVs, grease watercraft. you are outside in the summer with bikes...cant get much better in my mind
  19. sleeping bear dunes in MI...more like 5hrs away. nice for camping, swimming, kayaking, sex on the beach, fishing, sex...
  20. Im trying to get a hold of a guy in Mansfield to rebuild my engine. since we only stopped in to his shop on a whim i cant remember his name, address or his shop name. ive searched the yellow pages but none of the mansfield shops ring a bell here is what i do know: -hes in the Mansfield area(obviously). -Him and his brother run a shop where they restore and resell bikes, as well as parts. The shop it self isnt really nice(compared to an ASK or Columbus motorsports), they just park the bike in the storefront window on carpet, and work on them in th back. -He used to do flat track racing on the weekends all over the US while working at a local factory and running the shop during the week.(since retirement him and his bro just have the shop) - He still has a shit ton of flat track engines, frames, etc in the back -hes primarily got mid 70s through late 80s bikes..one or two early 90s....all imports - he raced mid to small size class(250&400s), and thus knows his shit on smaller bikes..which is why hes the guyto rebuild by honda450 engine. ANY help at all would be amazing!6 degrees of separation scenario THANKS!!!!
