Ive been thinking about this for a while and now im taking a really good philosophy class so im compelled to think about it. Ive seen cops stop and help(both men and women with flats) and seen them not. Not just OSP but ive seen county and locals do the above. Ive decided while its a nice extra thing to do under normal circumstances(not stranded out of cell service, your not 200years old, or your out of fuel and its -50deg out etc) a flat tire and ones inability to change a flat doesn't constitute an emergency. It just doesn't. take responsibility and know how to change a flat. If you don't want to do that then get AAA. And before any of you drop your 2 cents when was the last time you stopped, in your personal life, to help a stranger on the side of the road? besides it a PT cruiser. you have to remember with these online hotel deal sites they are bargaining with hotels that have empty rooms;they might have have empty rooms for a reason. We had a similar run in with a hotel in denver where they were closing and leveling it the day after we left. We still use the the sites, but we check the actual hotel ratings before we pull the trigger.

Im sure as Austin knows ketamine in not only a drug for horse tranquilizers but for young and middle aged kids. ketamine creates a "disconnected sedation but still breathing on their own"(setting broken arms in the ER, etc) and theyll wake up talking seeing about pink elephants when they were out. For what ever reason as kids grow closer to adulthood the pink elephants apparently become much more intense and some older age kids and adults will even freak out a la bad acid trip when they get it, which is why its abused. Its one of those drugs that been around for ever and probably been abused for almost the same length of time.
