Personally, I don't understand why everyone lets this keep them home. Yes it is retarded. Yes I would like to run over these people. And in reality, say in a 2hr time period, this stuff goes on for what, like MAYBE a total of 5 mins in that 2hrs? So you don't want to go hang out with friends/bull shit around/kick tires/whatever for 1hr. 55mins because of the 5mins of shit that pisses you off? I don't get it. Since you know where I'm coming from Doc... Individual key cards are a GREAT idea. Not sure of the initial cost, but it would allow you to deactivate cards from a central computer, rather than hunting someone down and asking for their key back/changing locks/issuing out new keys to the remaining XX number of people still having the original key. If someone doesn't pay for the month, card would be deactivated (just an example). When they pay again, card re-activated. The only down side I see to that would be the initial cost. And if you need someone to run criminal background checks on people....well I may know someone with access.

Watched the first few mins. Honestly, they're animals. I may just be f-ed up, but I'll value and defend a human life. I can't say the same for animals.
