Cops were completely justified from a legal standpoint. They would have even been authorized to use the taser, but they didn't, they used their OC spray. Would I rather be tased than sprayed? Hell yes. Would I tase an 8 y/o before I sprayed him? Most likely no, depending on the circumstances. Bottom line is, if you're a cop, you don't go to a knife fight with a knife/stick. You go with something that'll end it quicker. Like OC spray.

Thanks. I actually wanted 4.0.1, and instead of redsn0w I used safari and pointed it to http://www.jailbreakme.com and that worked like a charm.

JaSSon, ok, I'm currently running iOS 4.0.1. When I run redsn0w, on the first screen it asks for the correct .ipsw. Where do I get this from? I tried using the same one I restored from, but it wouldn't work. Do I need to get PwnageTool to do this? At least I'm running 4.0.1 now lol. Halfway there. *EDIT* Using the redsn0w 0.9.6rc9 version, I try using the iPhone2,1_4.0.1_8A306_Restore.ipsw file when I open redsn0w, but after it tries to process the file, it says, "Unable to recognize specified IPSW." Any ideas?

I used TinyUmbrella to get all my SHSH's off the phone. Is it something like connect to iTunes, "Shift + Update", navigate to 4.0.1 SHSH and load that? I'm browsing on modmyi.com right now, but any quicker help would be great lol.
