The only downside I have found so far really is the fact I kind of want to move out of my current area. If I were renting a home or apartment I could just pack up and move. Read some skipped most... I was a traveling nurse for a bit, but I had a girlfriend at the time so I never really let go of Ohio. It's a big step..
