93 are speed density cars. a bitch to get tuned. Also if it is an automatic it is the 700r-4 not the 4l60e ( same trans but controlled differently. LT1s have the intake manifold leaks opti spark bullshit and yea. Both have 10 bolts that would eventually break. I personally would stay away from the 93. Look for a 95 OBD1+ Vented opti or 96-97 OBD2 and vented opti. the SS will be best all around. If you dont do your own work go with the SS because opti spark and waterpump changed are costly in parts & labor. soooo LS1 FTW

can the clear with flatener be buffed and it stay the smoothe flat or will it gloss up, do you know? I havent had time to play with it enough to know.

If i wasn't the DIY-er that I am I would probably have IPS do most of the work for me. Based on the fact some of the fastest if not the fastest cars have came from their shop. And all the installs I have saw where clean and not hacked. Im not defaming other shops but They have done A LOT of LSx Stuff successfully! I know I will be purchasing a handful of parts through them to support the local scene and cant get everything i want through JEGS... IPS FTW Black & White plain and simple. kthnxbyez

i did my rear panel on the camaro and Anthony's Valve covers in a flat black...It is basecoat clear coat or i can do it in a single stage. I personally recommend bc/cc. PM for any extra info etc...
