  4. I heard about this problem too, but never got a letter. It's never happened to me in the Cobra, but i did shit my pants when this happened to me in mom's 87 300zx when I was 16. Not fun...
  5. I'll be there, probably dyno the car since everythings worked out now.
  6. Over 94,000 views in 4 days, 100 links to different sites, and 2 continents, this guy is toast.
  7. With Hal putting half his car up for sale, I dont think me or Mike will have much of a chance with our current set-ups. I guess I have to find some more cash to throw at the Cobra.
  8. I feel I've been left out in the cold on this one, so since arriving a little late I'll just say it now. I WILL wax the floor with Hal, and polish it up with Mike. 3 way, lets do this!
  9. I caught a piece of the story on the news this morning, the only reason I bring this up is because on the news report they included that there was another car involved that was possibly "racing" and that the car the man was killed in had Nitrous on board. Anyone on here? Man Killed, Woman 'Critical' After I-70 Crash Jan 27 2008 9:17AM COLUMBUS, Ohio - A driver was killed and a woman was critically injured after a head-on collision early Sunday along Interstate 70. The crash occurred at about 1:30 a.m. along the eastbound lanes of I-70, at Hilliard-Rome Road, police said. SLIDESHOW: Images From Scene According to police, a 30-year-old man drove onto the eastbound lanes at a high rate of speed. He then lost control of his car and crossed the median. The driver struck a car that was traveling westbound head-on, police said. A woman in the westbound vehicle was extricated from her car, and then transported to Mount Carmel West Hospital in critical condition , 10TV News reported. The driver of the eastbound car was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Police did not immediately release the names of those involved in the collision. I-70 was closed in both directions, from Hilliard-Rome Road to the I-270 interchange, 10TV News reported. The eastbound lanes were closed until about 5:30 a.m. but the westbound lanes remained closed for several hours. All lanes were reopened by 8:30 a.m., 10TV News reported. Columbus police Sgt. Jeff Sowards told 10TV News that alcohol might have factored in the crash. Watch 10TV News and refresh 10TV.com for additional information.
  10. Lets see, the Ford motor company was founded on a "street race", and almost every car manufacturer today produce vehicles that will easily go 3 to 4 times the legal speed limit. What do they think people are gonna do with them. I'm 38, and as far back as i can remember there have been movies about cars speeding, racing, outrunning the cops, and everything else under the sun, anyone here think this all started with the F+F? Your either nuts, or just too young to know better. I wonder how much revunue would be lost if there were no speeding tickets, just a thought.
  11. WTB (2) 275/40/17 tires any condition, anyone got some?
  12. Whats wrong with todays kids (in addition to what you said) is that the school systems took paddling out, todays kids have no fear/respect for the adults who are trying to teach them to be responsible adults, god knows alot of parent dont give a fuck, if they did, they would pay more attention to what their kids listen to, what they watch, and who they spend their time with. Show me a parent who has a basic grasp on this concept, and I'll show you a kid with a better chance of success in life.
  13. I 2nd that. What up Doc!
