Get a check and do yourself. Are the ceilings damaged? Make sure whoever does it completely removes the drywall for a few days to air out, possibly turn a heppa vac on for the duration, then seals the studs and everything behind it before adding new drywall.

Are your other computers running wireless and the new one is the main attached to the router?

People use to be able to do something about this kind of stuff. How come we cant anymore?

With all this free time on my hands I have had an opportunity to see things I typically dont. While paying my kids school dues last year I noticed a lady who's husband owns several of the '99cents' type stores throughout columbus come in and sign up for free school supplies(given to families who otherwise may not be able to afford them). She then leaves and gets into a brand new lexus suv with 30 day tags. I know it is her husbands because my buddy is their neighbor and they speak. With the recent lack of income into our own home(we havent had to get any govt assistance as of yet, hopefully we wont), we look for ways to cut costs. recently we started doing some of the shopping at the new value king stores. Having shopped at walmart for years I was used to seeing the Ohio source card(welfare). But the people at this new place take it to a whole new level. We were in line behind 7 people. Each used the card, and in each of the next lines, everyone I watched used the card. Along in some of their carts were cases of beer(I dont think the card works and they have to use cash for these kind of purchases), and some actually purchased cartons of smokes. One lady was actually upset that the card wouldnt cover her beer and the man with her who also was upset finally pulled 3 dollars out of his wallet and that somehow took care of it. I have heard of my wifes parents when she was a kid fall on hard times when my father in law lost his job. My mother in law was turned down because they owned a car and was told to sell it before they were eligible. My wifes aunt actually spent her whole life on welfare, and somehow just got her 2 fat kids on it as well both of which are now 18(just now got on it). I understand some people need it, hell I may someday, but I would rather pay twice as much in taxes just to pay people to regulate who gets assistance rather than just give it to anyone. maybe there should be an incentive for turning people in and penalties for abusing the system.

I bought the boat from the boat mechanic for city of columbus(he did a tune up a few months before). It ran great when I got it, he actually put some new parts on it right before however I never really used it for the 5 years I have had it. I took it out maybe once a year. I winterized each year because I never went a year without starting it. 2 years ago I took it out and in gear it would run fine then slow down on its own, then on its own go full throttle again(all while throttle was fully engaged). It did this over and over and I never paid it no mind since we only used it here and going fast or far was no big deal. This year I go to start it with a brand new battery and although it really wanted to start it wouldnt. heres the link to my first thread in the tech section describing what I have done. My ssue with these new units are that the old ones are so easy to work on and fairly cheap. These new units will probably be impossible for the average person to fix and be expensive as well.

Busted. What did they do send it back?

When we sent ours in for repair, we put in a work order online and we had a refurb unit sent back the very next day. the only thing I can figure is as soon as the guy at fedex printed off shipping order xbox must have somehow been notified and sent the refurb straight out. There was no way they could have received it and then checked the numbers and then sent one out. just send it back in and see if they even check it. I would claim RROD.

Screws were permanent unless they needed to come out for pain issues. There was always a chance they would need to come out but leaving them in would have been no big deal. Future surgery's were also always a possibility however we were hoping it would have been many years down the road.

He wanted me to do it next week. I am going to try like hell to get them to wait until the kids are at least back in school.

Looks as though I get to do it all over again. They want me to make plans to have the foot cut open right down the middle in between the existing scars. They want to pull all the screws out, and begin fusing bones together. While they are there they will also cut the back of my leg open to cut a tendon or muscle or something. I will be in one hard cast for 2 weeks and then go back in and be put into a solid cast for another 6 weeks. After that I will get to do a couple months of physical therapy again. Its just like starting over. The bad thing is money is flying out of savings, cars are breaking and life is getting crappy right now. They pulled me out of college yesterday on a medical hold so at least I dont have to worry about that right now.
