I cant believe at this stage of the game people are still looking for places to hang out. There was a time when people hung out and never ever had some douche kid show up to ruin it.

They bought a house which was decent in size and easily covered by one of them. They each own a small car which they paid cash for. They work within minutes from their jobs so they save on gas. They have a very small garden for vegetables, and they never eat out. Their kids are old enough to watch themselves but when they werent only he worked. I only made $14k last year and so far my bills are all paid. You just have to see how your money is best spent and use it wisely. My wife didnt work for ten years and she only works parttime during the school year now. She is off all summer long with me and the kids.

People are way off if they think they cannot have a decent life on $8 an hr. I know a few people who both make $8, have a nice house, 2 kids,nice cars, vacation regularly.

It has healed as much as it ever will. I was told by 3 different specialists that its not a matter of healing or getting better but a quality of life issue. I have to decide what I want to do realizing that it will cause pain. I went in last week and practically begged them to do something so it doesnt hurt if I want to play ball with the kids or go for a walk with my wife and they flat out told me theres nothing they can do. It was suggested early on that they may fuse the bones by running a screw through the bottom of my foot up through the ankle which means it will never bend again but I say fuck that. They cant figure out why my ankle is so messed up since the concrete appears to have done the majority of the damage to the foot itself.

Replaced our driveway today and I am tired. Since I havent worked in a year and a half we were on a very tight budget so hiring professionals was out of the question. I had a few buddies that used to do concrete, and since I cant maneuver as I used to, I hired them dirt cheap. It didnt surprise me at all to see them taking tokes on the weed pipe in between pouring and letting the concrete setup. Not the most professional job, professionals have some equipment we didnt have, but as long as it holds up under the cars, it should be good enough. Came in just over budget but way cheaper than the quotes. It felt good to finally get it done. Hopefully we get to enjoy it since there has always been concern about how long we hold onto the house with no real income coming in. I see why the Dr. said I will never be able to do this kind of work again because the foot swelled up quite a bit. Anyways I was bored and jus though I'd share.

Ares was fine for years and the suddenly there was static in the lines. I thought it was my tv so I went out and bought a brand new one only to find it was still there. they came out said it was my tv. Once I convinced them it wasnt, retards, they tried everything to fix it for months until they finally told me that cant. I switched to wow the next day and the guys ran all new wires throughout the house and havent had it since. I dont know if it was insight or my lines but wow is definately cheaper even now that I have dvr's as well.

The guy I thought I would have the biggest issue with was actually pretty cool at the end. The one class was a business mngt course and we were assigned to read from a book. I stood up the first class and asked if it was a joke. I told him if someone walked into any business and attempted to use those terms they would be considered retarded. There was no practical use to the class. Everyone said they wanted to be rich and thats why they were taking the class. 3/4 of the class couldnt even hold a basic conversation let alone get a job at any company where they have the opportunity to become rich. When he challenged me on what I said to him, I told him to lets visit his house and then we'll visit mine, then share a glimpse at each others bank accounts and then we'll see who should be teaching who. I had already googled his address and did a background check on him so I knew what I was getting into. I am surprised I actually got an A in that course.
