Would this in fact bypass any corrupted hard drive that is currently on the computer? Essentially freeing me of whatever spam or virus' my kids have managed to get on its harddrive? And would this cause the computer to act as though its a brand new computer?

Honest? Whats not honest about that lol. The way I see it, if they value my $800-1000 deposit with them each month, they shouldnt force me to endanger myself acting like a lunatic trying to run faster than some crazed shopper to make it to a specific item on sale. They should offer me the best deal they can everyday. I understand its a marketing gimmick but it just seems odd.

Just buy what you want and then call in and explain to the manager that you didnt realize the item was going on sale and demand the difference. If they try to start in on the "but sir that was a black friday only item", simply tell them that you are a valued shopper who spends several hundred a week there and your sure meijers would love to have your business.

Is it possible to run some sort of os from a thumb drive or other disk? Not load it, but run it essentially bypassing whats on the computer?

Thats whats in the tower the hard drive. Correct?

I have a drive for the old school floppy drive like I used when I was 4. Its in an old computer in the basement. At least I think thats what that thing is. Come take it out of this old tower and you can have it. Worked a few years back.

I have a 5 gal of paint used for a job awhile back. Its a medium to dark brown color. It was a custom blend and the sheen is more flat to satin. It has alot of primer added to satin paint. I would say its 50% primer and 50% satin paint. You could use this on an exterior or interior. Great if you just want to cover something prior to painting. I have a full 5 gallons of it. Use it for walls or whatever. Its not very old and IIRC its an ICI product. No warranty with it. Come get a sample if youd like.

Bought this from another cr member 2 years ago I believe. Used it one time for 5 mins. It hit the floor and snapped a little tiny plastic part that holds the blade and I quickly put it back in the box where it has sat until now. It comes with extra brand new parts still in packaging.
