I hope that paint on there prior to you painting was a sealant paint if not ugl will have no sealing properties. Based on the mold I assume its not. Did you kill that mold with bleach prior to painting to at least "kill" that problem? Looks like it can still be seen through the ugl.

Cumberlands dam (wolf creek) has been leaking for many years. 2 years ago they lowered the water level to crazy lows to try and come up with a plan to fix it. Last I heard it is at high risk of a catastrophic failure if it isnt fixed. With all the shore line now exposed it looks like a different lake. Housboats had to be taken out to mooring bouys. The ramps that could be extended were. I have talked to alot of people who wont even chance it.

I was expecting much worse. That aint shit. I have one 2 times that big right now. I have had 3 removed. The last one grew so big(2'' off back) it exploded in the dr's office. A nurse passed out. They packed almost 20' and yes that says feet of gauze in it which was changed once a day for a week. It hurt like hell when they pulled the gauze out.
