Buy a trailer that folds and can be put on the wall of the garage. They can be pulled with a car and stow in little space. I think Andersons had them for about $250 a few years back. The kit is cheaper than one thats built. It bolts together quickly.

You just gave yourself a possible reason to get it in writing 3 posts up among many others.

If you leave on your own accord, get it in writing and signed so it doesnt appear as though you are in breach of contract. Make sure it is signed off that the place was returned and accepted by the owner. Dont just leave. Cover your ass.
