I would really like to see guys at meets trying to get more people involved when they show up. I have talked to a lot of guys that are nervous about getting involved and meeting up either it be because they feel they will get shit for their cars or whatever. As a community and a group we should embrace each others differences and likes/dislikes. Yeah thats fruity, want to fight about it? I have been to meets and seen guys at meets that lume in the background these guys need to be encouraged to come over and join the crowd.

Dude we have all been there. Alot of guys go through the same thing. Some guys get away with it right off the bat and some guys spend a long time finding their niche. When I returned nobody knew me and I didnt know anybody. I didnt fit in at all nor did I think I ever would. I probably still dont but I dont notice it as much.

Guys that call themselves noobs/newbs, dont. I know Anthony thinks you guys have just as much right to be here as a guy who signed up in 01. If your a good member then you have every right to speak your opinion on this matter as everyone else. I cant see Anthony ever fixing the solution based on sign up date.

As with any group that starts out small and gets bigger, the rules need to be enforced more and more evenly and fairly. Not to say mods arent but I have seen many occasions where one guy is hit for an offense and a guy right there is not. I love cr. If Anthony told me tomorrow its a pay sie, I would have my cash in his mailbox tonight. But it has become a good site to find like minded people to a joke almost.

Dude no offense but this is a start. Although you have said it before. Its really hard to take you seriously. I like everyone on here and we will never all get along. I would help anyone with anything. I have lent money, tools, garage space, gotten jobs for, given thousands in free work, donated my time, and a host of other things to cr members over the years, and would do so still today.

My personal opinion is this,( I am not an original og but I have been on here under another screenname before I rejoined in 05 as wnaplay so I have seen some issues come and go by no means an expert), alot of the new guys dont have the respect that was required years ago. Nor is there anyone who challenges this. It used to be a tool came along a tool was escorted out. There was a comradery that no longer exists. Alot of newby bs posts would never have been allowed to float years ago. I know people are tired of hearing how good it was, but simply it was better. If a mod screwed with you it was like a friend doing it and it was cool. Now I see mods does it to entertain themselves. No not all mods. Threads with some entertaining/relevant value are ruined by bs posts. I can see making a bs post about a comment someone said even if its OT(sometimes someone says something you just want to comment about), but one after another after another? We are all guilty of what we all complain about. Myself as well. The difference is some of us realize it and knock it off. Others never come to this realization and continue to do it. I say I am walking away everyday. But I like it here so much I always come back.

I dont hate, I owned jetskis for years... I wouldnt want to regularly pull a boat with a car. My suv and full size van can barely pull my boats at times yet never had a problem pulling my skis.

And as an american I can relate. I cant relate to destroying my country and its people based on a religeous belief. Look at what they have done with their countries. It will never end. They need to make actual cities instead of smaller communities spread out throughout the country. You cant effectively police such small areas.

Boats are a dime a dozen right now. You can pick up a great boat for under a grand if you look around.

I am saying take the gang dynamic as a whole and say this is your country. Run it as you may. Do you think they are going to side and join the bad guys? Keep in mind this is all to invoke conversation. In the end I would rather deal with americans than who we are trying to deal with. There is nor will there ever be any negotiations which end the nonsense and common ground met.

Core values. I am sure most believe in family, honor thy mother and father. Womens rights. Even if they havent lived them. You cant negotiate with people who is doing something for god. They dont want money, women, a good life. They do what they think god wants them to do. Gangs want money, respect............. these are things we can deal with. Just make a large prison over there when its all said and done. Most arent willing to die for their beliefs like the taliban members. Hey I am just putting it out there. Theres nothing to lose if they go over there and fail and who would you think it is easier to negotiate with?

I say unload one of the gangs which populate our prison systems and give them guns. Take them over there and say this is your country now. They arent going to let people disrespect women(in theory), or come on their turf. When its all over, they have our basic values and will be easier to negotiate with.

Get a pencil magnet. Its small enough to fit in the tube. And extendable, $3 at advance I think.

I have all the saws router, stain, possibly clear coat, and guns to shoot the clear or we can aerosal or brush on. You might be able to get all 22 for less than $20 if you can find a cheap piece of wood you think is good enough to use. Or you can also get by with going to the home store and finding a piece of decorative paneling that you can use(they make alot of choices, and cheap) and making the bases. Again probably under $20.

Exactly what I would have done if I was doubting someone working on y car. say nothing and see if they came up with the same answer. Did in fact Brian have the same issues with the alternator possibly going out and have issues with tuning.
