Worst part of my month long trip back in the mid 90's. No matter who you asked directions from, nobody was from there. That and there is a ave, st, lane, rd, pkwy you name it for every street name.
Manually right now. I have heard that with all the equipment we get to deduct wear and tear each year. This is the sort of thing that confuses me. Not to mention all that went into the buildout.
The odds always seem to be stacked against condo owners when it comes to the housing market. Don't let wanting a cheap home now come back to bite you in the ass when you go to sell.
With the prep work you did in getting the board ready to spray, doing a new headliner with actual material would have seen a much easier prospect at that point. Would sprayingitnow an actaul black color aid in getting a unified look and maybe encapsulate some of the smell?
Zack she is an LLC. Clay I will contact him this week. I should have mentioned that whoever is suggested must be reasonably priced. With this the first year of actually being legitimately opened there isnt a huge budget to hire someone. The guy next to us stated he pays $4500 on his accountant for tax services and payroll. That seems crazy for his small bakery and for us I dont know if she will even have that much in profits let alone be able to afford to pay someone a similar amount.
My wifes cake shop is a whole different beast than what I am into and her tax needs differ so far from mine that I dont know where to begin. I would like to be able to manage them myself. Does anyone have a person they use for small business tax services or has gone through this themselves? We have equipment, rent, invoices, pretty much everything my own business' have never had to deal with. Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks
I wouldnt think with the budget your working with that you have alot of options for this or that. See what interests you off CL and go take a look at a few and sit on them. I would only buy a cheap older cruiser to learn on if I felt it had the maintenance kept up with and after I it served its purpose I could get most of my money back out of it. Get something dirt cheap and safe then if you still have the bug in fall buy something newer when the prices drop. I bought a bike a few years ago(first) and always thought I would enjoy riding and being that type of guy. After a few months it lost almost all interest for me.
I had mine done years ago at a semi truck tire reconditioning place. They add rubber to old tires the recarve the grooves in. Search for a place like this and you might have some luck.
Have you searched craigslist motorcycle section with entering $2k as your max price? I am sure you will get a few cruiser style bikes that would be great to learn on.
I have (2) adult size life jackets (really cheap just came with old boat nothing fancy), (3) throw/floating cushions(2 red 1 white). and a small mushroom style anchor needs rope. Free to whoever wants them before next thursday, trash day.
Sounds like its just a single person who has found something to keep themselves busy with, fucking with you. I would file harrassment complaints with the office even if you dont know whos doing it.
Is it just an apartment community where people should expect this sort of thing(loud music, younger tenants)? Or is this a complex that it appears to be older folks who typically would be annoyed with younger people?
