I am looking for a used BMX bike for my 14 year old son.

If your not making big horsepower then I would not worry about a spool. We have ran both on the street in several different cars and spool only makes sense if your making big power. The new lockers can take some pretty good abuse.

I think about this every time i lift without a spotter. Since his accident I have just started using the smith machine if i dont have a spotter. Its deffinitly not the same but his accident scared the crap out of me. What would have happened if he didnt have someone close to him that knew what to do and roll him on his stomach. I heard that saved him from drowning on his own blood. Pretty scary stuff. I'm glad to hear he is doing better.

Im pretty much a newb. I played a lot in the early 90's but this past sat was my first time playing in probably 13 years.

As long as the cameras were in public places then I guess I dont have a problem with it. Its not really any different than someone walking around with a camcorder taping stuff. When I owned my photography business then it was a big deal on what and who you take pictures of and you can actually be sued in certain circumstances. However if the person or place you photoed was in a public place or out in the open then it was on them. Then again if one of those cams caught me doing something then I would be against them .

The wifey and I just found out we are expecting. She is only about 5 1/2 weeks right now so it looks like it will be end of Nov or beginning of Dec. That makes child # 5 for us.

When I was in the police academy we were told they had to be separated in different compartments out of arms reach. However if you have your ccw then you can carry it on your person concealed. The old law used to say if you had a ccw that you could carry it on your person in a vehicle as long as it was holstered and in plain sight. There was never an explanation of plain sight though. I think if you had the gun unloaded in your bag behind your seat and the ammo in the glove box or something like that then you should be ok if you do not have your ccw.
