Looking to do a LSx TransAm front end conversation on my LT1 car. Color and condition doesn't matter too much ... will likely have it re-painted anyways.

Some parts of the body need some repaint work (bumper & quarters) A) Who to talk to about this? B) Does this same person repaint the entire car? I'll be stripping the car down to less-than roller status so it has me thinking about getting it all taken care of.

I sold my used one earlier in the year. Vortech discontinued a few models and the market (ebay/craigs) is flooded with these at a cheap price ... some modern S-trims ~$750.

This job is partially done but thought I'd share. Rented a floor grinder from Lowes/Sunbelt tool rental. Overall the machine was easy to use. The only 'gotchas' were having to just go slow and spending a few extra bucks on the Dewalt diamond angle grinder attachment clean up the edges. The garage floor is now smooth like a pool deck; when the epoxy is laid down it should have -no- problem soaking in and curing to the floor.
