Not related but fyi. Had no fuel pump/lights in rear and fuses/buses/relays check out on top of mains, then just for kicks checked the under side of fuse blocks and found the problem. Made enough connection sometimes, so check both side of fuse panels. On a 98 ranger

Just off the top of my head (and no all-data access) . Check a brake light switch behind brake. Had one on my 99 envoy that was plastic on switch side and was broke that caused this (had tow op).

He's not srs, but id like it to be just cause bauce status needs achieved. You could run that shit till it made groves in your rotors and be ok. Its once you've gotten into the caliper its bad. I just saw concrete btw

Picked up yet another toy, Turbo H22 EG Civic inside

and a triple individual post because well....its a honda Also saw you had a gt35 turbo. I have a brand new hot side gt35 housing with pipe connector and original zinc nuts still. Bought it from garrett brand new when gt35 came out for $300 for another project but was off 1/8th of an inch. $50 and its yours for a mock up exhaust. Not trying to sell out, just help out mods -
I figd the srs light wasn't on, but I'm the whole 'you can rub them on concrete guy' and got shit for it except for a.j. on here saying it would work if done right but didn't want to say he had my back on it lol. Understandable, saying he's never done it. Its funny because not many know me here (for the most part) so its easy to join up on some1 who doesn't post up the 'heres what I'm doin/have done' stuff. Just not me for the most part. But when I'm right, I'm right. Just know how knowledge from guys in their late 40's ~ 60's have shown me at a small well know shop.

Coming from the ricer in me....here goes. I love the H series, 22 or 23 over B or K anything. Just my view. 1st off if you ever need any H series stuff lmk. I've got 3 stock heads and 2 h22a1 stock blocks (1 needs bored). Also 3 or 4 intakes also. Couple full harnesses as well. All collecting dust so. As for the trans being weak. Any 90~93 accord trans will bolt up (cheapest route just change 5th gear sensor). Shorter 1st gear and maybe 5th (can't remem). But gears are interchangable. Prob solved. Weak point on h22 heads is valves. I've shot 200 shot of spray and 300 shot spray on stock heads, took 2 bottles on both to just chip exhaust valves (yes chip). Don't wanna act like a know it all, but I had the h22 crx way back in the day so I know these engines. Any questions feel free to ask -

Because small/big turbos don't hook on fwd hondas. Like a big dsm 16 won't even hook at 16 or so #'s. Talking street only tires/car. SiColin on here has this setup on a built engine at 18~20# and with 3 people in the car (including me) didn't catch till towards the end of 3rd gear. On decent tires/susp setup -
Eventhough this thread isn't the srs light, I'd be happy to prove it on old (yet turnable w/in spec knock off) rotors and grooved up pads that still have say 50% or so left. Hell Ill throw in a guarantee no squeak on top Edit: as long as the pads aren't advanced auto parts el cheapo $7 pads. Az's cheapo $7 pads are fine (and those suck).

I'll still stand by the 'resurface old (not worn out) pads on a broom finished sidewalk instead of a disc finish' or whatever. But what do I know? I'm sure Buck will chime in being this is his favorite subject. New rotors = new pads.......carry on

Mr. Mybrainisstock (shocker)..........Don't pm me. Let's keep it here for everyone to see. No, I don't have a dsm. The white car in the pic is not a dsm, in case you couldn't tell. As for my shit being "weak". Please elaborate for me on what's weak. I'd assume you meant my car being that's what you seem to say to others. Correct?

Isn't that kinda you're story? Except in a scamming kinda way

Nostalgia type t-shirts seem to sell. Whether cars or symbols/logos. Appeals to both old and young as well. As for price $20~30. $30 being if a better quality material is used, like a 30/1 spun cotton. That way you get the softer feel and seems to be a better product. Instead of a 'harder' cotton with just a press graphic. Might want to look into a dye print for instant quality

I'd lean towards a good joint med first. Like Move Free or something like that. That's what I take when I'm feeling it and it works for me. I do concrete sawing/drilling/everythings heavy. So I can relate I only use HGH for my Crossfit....

You'd be annoying too if a silver snake took out one of YOUR headlights. (assuming pic is car)

G26. Make sure you get the extended grip on the mags. Makes a world of difference when shooting and overall feel. If you don't like the sights, throw one of the lasers under the barrel (can't remember the name of the top). Did this to mine and its right on at 5~30 yards. Well shooting a can right on anyway

Man....this guy is nothing short of awesome. How can I join the fucking catalina whine mixer of races that are coming at him? Being I have a "shop car" because I let someone build the short block, does that count me out? The rules aren't very clear
-
Being safe is understandable. I've heard the same on the chemicals being safe/less clean up, but not working as good as your typical units. The guy who owned the cobalt had to replace his electrical board (had msd digital 7 with an open control board). I guess if I were to do one id focus it on the engine bay being you could attempt to stop any fire from reaching into the car.
-
Just curious, but why are you putting one of these systems in? I'm assuming it's on the GT500. I've seen one of the Halon systems have to be used in person on a Cobalt (super stock car). It was a complete mess afterwards. If it were me and I was putting one on, I'd go with the foam. Although I'm not educated enough on it to know if one works better than the other. Either way your going to have a mess to deal with regardless.

I think all of OP's threads should be of awesomely awesome 80's rock vids or just pics of t & a 60% of the time, all the time.

Not sure if the video is playing forward or backward

I call bs on your car trapping 132........ Ill have to see the back of the car in person whether to friend it or not

I told you where to take it to get the short block done thinking that you'd be able to handle the rest. BUT.....that was before this thread.....and then what you have been typing since. Which has been nothing but pure awesome, and by awesome I mean awesome. Since then I think you should have them do the whole engine. I bought a whole rotating assembly that was already balanced and a couple things came up when it was being put together by Bob that I wouldn't have been able to know/check without the right equipment. While I'm not as s-m-r-t as you, I have changed the chain on my pedal bike before. Just a heads up

Man, bethel is far lol. yeah no prob, ill be at some of the cr events this year with it
