Nissian parts websites--LIST THEM NOW!!!
SHIEF replied to Jelloman4571647545499's topic in Passing Lane
Don't waste your time on Zilvia. That site = the gay. Stick with freshalloy.com and nicoclub.com Best 2 Nissan sites hands down. -
It will be fine for that car. Might spool a little late with the 56 trim, but like everyone else said it should be good for the mid/high 200's. I'd just stick with the T3 flange on the manifold, because he can upgrade nicely down the road when he wants more power.
-
I think they run until like Nov. 5th or something like that. It's either that first week in November or the following week (don't have my schedule with me).
-
I've seen the car out at trails, it runs 13.4's usually. Now here's my question. Are any of you using your money to build this car? No....then who cares. Congrats to him for doing what seems to be a difficult swap to do. It's his money to be different with, so whether or not any of you agree with it really doesn't matter now does it? I don't think so..... -Don't bring up Coltboy, because he is a "special" case.
-
And your posting about this because.......... The irony of your last sentence kills me.

Well if you actuallly read your post it comes off as you feel sorry for people that lost there homes, but screw the rest of them. Read it again bro. And if you are uneducated about the situation, then voice your opinion and it's completely wrong, then yes your an idiot. As for the lucky family that made it up here, that's great. But if I was in the situation to where I had no money or didn't know anybody I would be scared to just take off and leave not knowing what I'm going to do when I get to safe ground. There just as good of a chance that you could die leaving with nothing as there is if you had stayed where you were.

No no no....he beaned at 7 carnivals, with 1 to go, on the royal fun boat there was carrots and beans 4 older peeps. Seriously, I've read 3 of DB's posts and he sounds like Don Vito trying to type.

One is black and one is yellow.

Does this have the vacuum operated 4-wheel drive? I know it's push button, but about half use vacuum to engage the 4wd. Price?
-
Haha It's true though, dwnwifda4cylscuzomgtheyrslowz111!!

ALOT of those people, be black or white, had no money/family elsewhere and I'd imagine no means of transportation. It's kind of hard to leave somewhere when you have no money or car to get out. Or if you have enough money to leave (greyhound) then you have to have enough to live for awhile, in which most of these people couldn't do that either. So for you or anybody else who says "I don't feel sorry for the people that didn't leave", your an idiot. Now for the ones raping and shooting people, yes, nuke them now. As for Kanye, I'm a big fan of his music. Being I like hip-hop, he is one of the few "real" rappers who talk about more things than big chains, big rims, big bank accounts. As for his little outburst, it was uncalled for, unprofessonal, and made the hip-hop/rap genre in general look dumb. He sounded like Bush does when he's addressing the people/nation.

Having the plate in the windshield does nothing at all for the no front plate ticket. Your friend might as well just throw the plate in the garage, because it's just as good there as it is in the windshield.

Yes it's gay. Like everyone else said, get a TDI Jetta if your set on VW. Not to mention those diesel turbo'd cars sound awesome with a (not too loud) exhaust on it. Just my .02

I'm not saying I don't know anything about comps, I'm just saying I'm unsure on how to build it. I'm actually pretty decent in finding/fixing things when my pc is acting up. It's too late to turn back now though, after searching that newegg site I'm set on building one.
-
Yeah I had all the cases narrowed down to 3, but this one seemed to have the least complaints (most were the psu) and seemed to be made better than the other 2. This seems to be an inbetween sized case. I don't plan on moving it much though. Really appriciate all the input here guys
-
I was thinking about going with this case below. Is this a good case to start with? I was looking for something similar to these. Or is this and one's like it a bad case and why? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811208005

I'm defintely set on building a PC after these opinions. Ok, so who will help me build this thing the right way? I've spent most of my day on newegg and I have a couple ideas, but need some pro input. I'll supply all the pizza and beer or a sum of money if you want, to whoever. As long as you know what your doing and don't mind showing me/help me put this together. Thanks in advance.

Hmm....how is it the Lingenfelter?
-
It will mainly be used for games and the usual interweb stuff. I want the gaming (such a dork) to be as good as it can get, but still be an all around good PC setup. But I might need it to be able to run an advanced graphix/design setup in the future as well.
-
Usually I'm all about taking things apart and putting them back together. But a PC intimidates me, in that I have no clue what I'm looking at. About how much could I save if I had one of you guys put one together for me (labor) + the price of parts? I'd like to learn as it's being put together if possible as well. I do know one thing..........no Mac!

See post below, need help building a PC now. I'm not much of a computer guy so I thought I'd ask the pro's on here because I know quite a few of you work with them everyday. Looking to get a PC for the gf's apartment and wanted some input on what to get and why to get it. I'm looking to spend around $2000 on it. So far I'm thinking about getting the Dell XPS system, but unsure on which one to get. I'm not sure that the $2400 is that much better or worth it. Is the XPS a good PC, or is there better ones for this price to get? Here's the specs between the two off a flyer and I'm unsure on what some of the numbers are so : $1700 after mail-in rebates: -Intel Pent 4 640 w/HT Tech (3.20 GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 800Mhz fsb) - XP home edition -512MB Dual-Chan DDR2 SDRAM -160GB SATA Hard Drive -17 flat monitor -256MB PCI Express x16 Nvidia GeForce 6800 -16x DVD-ROM Drive: 48x CD burner (2nd bay) -Sound Blaster Audigy 2ZS sound card -90 Day warranty(s) $2400 after rebates: (only listing the different/upgrades) -1GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM -250GB SATA Hard Drive -16x Max CD/DVD Burner (DVD+/-RW) (2nd bay) -better keyboard w/ 9 in 1 Card Reader, Dell USB Multimed Keyboard, Paint Shop, photo shop, musicmatch jukebox plus -2 year warranty(s)

Damn, I totally forgot about Jim's. Hopefully he can do it, if not I'll update this thread. Thanks.

I got a small crack in my Envoy on the dash next to the passenger side vent in the front. Most people wouldn't mind the crack, but I'm kinda anal about my cars. The material is soft so it can be pushed back, but I don't think superglue is the right fix for this I checked Ziebart and they don't do dashes. I don't want to pull this dash out: 1, because it's a pain and 2, I'm sure it's not cheap to replace. Does anyone have any suggestions?
