  1. We built it for someone, and he wanted to sell it. There is a real nice 32 for sale, in Akron, I think it is a 94, has twin blown 502's, he is asking 58k.
  2. This was a 92, the second one made, runs over 110, 830hp on just the blower motor, and a little over 1100 with the juice. The 496's are ok, if you want to keep it 100% stock. Cast everything, crap heads, etc. Find something you like, I will look at it for free if it is local. That 35th anniversary boat is a 23. They have had it for a couple of years now.
  3. I know that the time is pricy, no CR discounts? ;) splnsux, that is not dry exhaust if it has water running through it. The closest pipes to dry on the market are made by Stellings, run just shy of 10k per engine. The pipes are water jacketed and water is dumped in (mixed with exhaust) at the end of the tail pipe. The last boat I saw with dry, unjacketed headers was on fire and sinking. The Sorcerer boat ran those dry Stellings, and almost caught on fire. V8kilr-the best guy to talk to about what your berkley will handle was Don Bowers, at Dons Pump Service here in town. He died a few months ago, the next guy I would call is Dave Lenord, who is somewhere out west, I have his number at the shop, and will write it down tomorrow. Price wise, the Ilmor is a lot cheaper than a 700SCi. 43k for a seadoo..... Friend bought a 24 Outlaw that runs big numbers for 28k yesterday.
  4. Do you guys have any experience with the old HP500's? We have a problem with them wiping the #4 exhaust lobe at about 350 hours. Access to a spintron? I am bound and determined it is a harmonics issue.
  5. It will beat you to death. There are a lot of sacrifices to get it there, including a huge fucking pad. Doug, what do you do?
  6. They must meet state laws. State law does not require you to be coast guard approved. State law says you must have a backfire flame arrestor. Those Ilmor Viper V10's are kicking some ass now. When they first came out they were the biggest joke in the industry. I hate the sound of them though. And, K&N makes a lot of marine flame arrestors, which were on the LS1 and LT1 engines marinized by Indmar.
  7. First off- SPLN SUX, you cannot run a dry exhaust system in a boat. You will burn the thing up. You can go to a reduced water setup, where all of the water goes through the waterjackets on the pipe, but a reduced amount actually mixes with the exhaust. The semi dry pipes are nice when you are running a big cam, less chance of reversion. You can effectively run nitrous in a boat. Been there done that. You need to put a prop on with more pitch than the engine can turn w/o juice. The boat is a dog off the spray, and most of the time needs a couple quick taps of the button to get on plane. We even put nitrous on a sea doo a while back, it was running mid 80's on radar (new supercharged ones wont break 74 radar). Sam, that is the most inefficient drivetrain on the water. The cash you will spend to make any real difference would buy you a real boat. Dr Rick, the mods do not have to be CG approved. Braided steel line is not, how many boats have you seen that on? CG is a guideline. Most people do not know that a boat does not have to be CG approved to be on the water.
  8. Been there..... Got the letter from HBO's attorneys.
  9. Work on them, but will not sell them. What did you break?
  10. You can take any pet. I saw a girl there with a Kangaroo and her friend had a monkey. It was cool as shit.
  11. If you saw it you would laugh about the price. Its basically a metal stick.
  12. You might as well be a nurse.
  13. May just be the engine out of alignment, forcing the U joints to go to a goofy angle.
  14. I have the tools and experience, and bellows kit in stock.
  15. Get your Macadamian bench racing ass to your garage this weekend.
  16. 5 big macs in 20 min for $10?
  17. Ok.... 100 bucks, 40 yard dash, I need 7 yards. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
  18. Actually..... Over the years, Alum has been one of the cleanest bodies of water in Ohio. But I try to avoid swimming in any body of water at all costs, except the ocean and my hot tub.
  19. QFM said it was fatal, and they did not know who the driver was.
  20. What kind of power can I get? 300 amps is ideal.

Need to add, they still take care of people after the sale! When I sent part numbers over, I ended up sending the wrong distributor number. Opened the box and realized I fucked up. Called Brandon, he had the new one in the shop the next day, and we were able to meet up and exchange them out!
  22. Im going boating tomorrow, wot burns 150 gallons of high test per hour. I'm the person Al Gore warned you about.
  23. Hell, I'll volunteer for that position.
