  1. You know how I know you're gay?...
  2. I might have to look into this whole mountain biking thing. Anyone got a map of trails in Ohio? I'm not driving my ass clear up to Alum Creek to go riding.
  3. That gun is the result of someone making fun of the Picatinny rail. It's not serious.
  4. Mag and extractor, + who knows what else.
  5. http://rivrdog.typepad.com/rivrdog/2010/03/keltec-p3at-kaboom.html ...never been an advocate for them.
  6. Didn't say I was gonna buy one. It's just what I thought of when I saw it.
  7. I was thinking more along the lines of a HTPCish type of thing.
  8. A/V/home control was my first thought when I saw the iPad. The only reason I'd get one would be to mount on a wall, or place on the coffee table so I could control shit without getting up.
  9. Thanks for the link. There's a couple more pages more that the link is missing though. It goes into CCW in Ohio.
  10. I looked into them a few years back before I bought my Colorado. At the time, I hadn't decided to sell the Z06, so, being that they were so expensive, I decided to keep the vette and buy a Colorado as a DD. Now, I'm kinda pissed I didn't sell the vette and get the SRT. I'd take one over a TBSS, handsdown. I just can't fall in love with the TBSS for some reason. Downsides that I can see; -as was mentioned, they're hard to tow with. -fuel mileage is HORRIBLE. Seriously, I'm not sure why it's so damn low, but it is. Typical Chrysler. I know the 4th gen JGCs are around the corner. Has anyone heard if they're going to offer a new version SRT8? I hate my Colorado and if they plan on offering one, it might be something I'd look into.
  11. As I was passing through the doorway of the Qdoba on 5th Ave, I noticed a free publication just inside the entryway. Apparently, Columbus has a magazine; 614 Magazine. What caught my eye was the picture on the cover of a gun pointed at the silhouette of a supposed intruder. The headline, "IN DEFENSE: Find out why Columbus is a gun-toting city." My initial reaction was , great, this is going to be some misguided, emotion-filled, propaganda bullshit. Boy was I surprised. I'm not going to write out the whole article or anything, but I will say that I thought it was VERY well written, with only a few (minor) wrong tidbits of information. It wasn't biased in any way, just simply informative, with some facts thrown in here and there. I, myself, didn't find any profound information in there that I wasn't already aware of, but to a person who doesn't keep up on this stuff, or a person who's on the fence on the subject, it'd be very educational for them to read. The basic rundown of the article is as follows: -Cbus crime/home invasions are on the rise. -People are really starting to arm themselves. -It goes over how to effectively prepare yourself. -It encourages getting lots of training (was really glad they put that in there). -Options for securing your gun at home. -How to avoid ligation; shooting someone the right way. -Preparedness, and why you should be an advocate of it. -Tips from a burglar; and what burglars like/don't like. -CCW stuff -Ranges/gun stores and their contact information -The amount of CCW permits issued in Cbus, Cincy, and Cleveland. -Less lethal options and why they suck compared to a bullet. -Gun options for home defense and what you can expect to pay. Overall, I'm impressed, and definitely recommend anyone who's in Gun Crew to pick it up and give it a read. Pass it on, to someone you think should read it, when you're done. http://hphotos-snc3.fbcdn.net/hs367.snc3/23620_337906307481_128203327481_3539050_8311876_n.jpg
  12. So it was 4th graders? No, seriously. I remember reading a story about some school in Mexico that actually did this as well. Someone even posted a story on here about some guy that did it after them. There's been a few people that have done this already.
  13. Haven't 3rd graders been doing this shit for years?
  14. <= Holding out for an HTC Incredible...
  15. My cutoff point for used guns is 7,999 rounds....so, no, I wouldn't buy it.
  16. That's a lot of gun for .300wm. Looks nice though. I've got a .300wby mag that I've yet to shoot. One of these days, I'll take it out.
  17. If it's the Dr's fault, then I'm pretty sure his malpractice insurance would cover it, and not the patient's health insurance. Cutting off the wrong leg is expensive.
  18. Totally a result of our former health care system, Bro.
