RIA makes a good entry level. Copperhead has one, I believe. Taurus also makes a decent entry level 1911 from what I've heard. I've heard of prices as low as $460ish for those, NIB.

I heard the other day that Boomers here in Cville won 3rd place in Columbus's most recent pizza comp. Not sure who took the 1 and 2 spots. Boomers buffalo chicken pizza FTW though.
