I just picked up the i850 camera phone today. I finished off my i90c the other day with one final punch. So far, I like this new phone. $199 after mail-in rebate.

The problem with the G5X-3 cam (I think that's what he has) is that it loses a good bit of bottom end power. His gear situation seems to be sort of a catch 22. On one hand, the lower gearing would help you when running N/A but would probably create a smokefest when spraying. I do believe LGM recommends a minimum of 4.10's for that cam. Or maybe that was Thunder Racing that recommended that for their T-ReX cam (the one I had). They're pretty similar cams. Either way, that car is fast as shit.

Update: Posting from about 60 miles west of St. Louis. We missed our mark for the day because I hit a fucking coyote at 75mph on I-44. Blazer is fucked up pretty good, but still drivable. Didn't hurt the 20's smile.gif , but the airdam is fucked. I'm hoping to be home by 3-4pm tomorrow. BTW, I'll never drive cross-country again. There ain't shit to see on these major freeways.

update: Picking up a friend who is coming home from some Marine training in 29 palms. We're driving back his blazer Xtreme and are taking route 40 most of the way. I'm posting from Tucumcari, New Mexico right now. We stayed last nite in Lake Havasu, Arizona (very cool place btw, not temperature-wise, 103*) We've gone like 800 miles so far. Our plan is to make it to the S-10 nationals in Missouri by tomorrow nite. that's around 680 some miles away from our current location (My laptop GPS program kicks ass btw). We'll party there, and then make the other 600+ mile trip back to Columbus by Sunday nite. The speed limit on I-40 is 75 in most places with nothing but desert to look at. Have hardly seen any cops at all. We've been doing anywhere between 85-100. I sure hope we don't run into any cops though. Also, BAM. My father claims to have made the trip from L.A to C-bus in 28 hours, straight. He SAYS his longest stop was 8 minutes. I think he did that because my mother was threatening to divorce him or something though, lol. Also, if you ever wanted to open up your car to see what it would do, this would be the place to do it. There are several good 5+ mile stretches that have nothing around. Oh well, I'll update again tomorrow nite.

I just beat Ace Combat 05 on normal mode. Going through it again in Ace mode. I, being a huge fan of all things flight, loooooove this game. The storyline is awesome, as are the cut scenes. The planes absolutely kick ass. It is slightly better than Ace Combat 04, which also kicks ass (I have yet to beat the last level on it).

I'm gonna try to get mine this summmer so I can start getting some hours in, in hopes that it will help me get a good flight slot in the chair force.

A guy I work with is really big into it. I'll talk to him to see what he knows.

I wouldn't mind the C6 looks so much if they didn't have that stupid looking bubble-like rear glass on them, even if it is more aerodynamic. If they dropped down short like the C5 Z06, I'd be all over one, but I simply can't stand that look. Oh, and Joe, Carrvaggio makes a targa conversion for the C5 Z06. It maintains the exact looks of the body, but the top comes off. I only know of one person on Corvetteforum that has it, and it does look awesome. Of course, he also has a 383 TT setup, HRE wheels, full Custom interior. The guy is looooooaded.
