I'd say they're more for a performance addition than an asthetics addition. Atleast, IMO, they would be. I would like to see some other spoke designs though. You guys at ATI should work on that (or tell whoever makes them to work on it).

I have NEVER heard of anyone cracking an LSx series block. NEVER. Nor have I heard of anyone exploding a crank. I'd say our biggest weak points are the Hyperjunk pistons, the rods, and the damn 4 bolts per cylinder head layout. I can't say much for the LS2 as I haven't done much research on it. I'd guess it's pretty much on par with/damn near identical to the LS1/6 motor. LSx motors are the best engines EVAR! tongue.gif

I'm too poor to afford even one of those anyways. smile.gif Also, I think they said you can get the magnesium part in 300 different colors, and the carbon fiber part in 3,000 different colors. If I had the money to afford a set, I'd go with a silver carbon fiber color that matched the magnesium part. Other than the ugly black lip, I don't think they look too bad.

Not sure. Never got a chance to have it tuned or dynoed. Cornfield came first. I had stock heads and according to other people who ran it, it was supposed to lay down somewhere between 420-440 rwhp, with all the standard boltons.

uuuhh. Maybe I wasn't as obvious as I had previously thought. I'm not serious about them. They are cool from a weight savings standpoint. But not $6,500 cool. But I like the idea.

Never had a problem with BP gas in my cavalier. Though a friend of mine that is a mechanic for Dave Gill Pontiac said that almost all of the injector failures he sees are due to BP gas.
