  1. LOL, that isn't the first time that has happened (someone giving neg rep and then signing my name to it). As for the Texas situation, etc., here's a question for everyone: why does Gruden's name always get brought up? Is he really that good of a coach? I mean, I like him and all, but it's not like he was the greatest coach who ever coached or anything, you know?
  2. What? I didn't negative rep you or anyone. In fact I can't recall whenever I've ever repped anyone. So, I think someone is trolling.
  3. Shh, shut up, just shut up. You had me at dashing. You.had.me.at.dashing.
  4. Friday afternoons here, but on the second to last week of the month. Pay them for last week of the month. Have not been killed yet, and I owe it to that strategy.
  5. You always fire people on Friday afternoon.
  6. I will consider that you accepting the terms of my bet. I like my wings medium, BTW. TIA
  7. Also when Saban takes the job at Texas and his wife and/or comments about the pressure being so great to win NC's at Alabama, all you naysayers will owe me 2 Stella's and 18 wings at BW3's.
  8. LOL at you guys calling Alabama "mediocre." They have more NC's than any other major program and almost twice as many NC's as Ohio State. Clearly they are the definition of mediocre. The pressure on Saban to win at Alabama is about four times as much as what it ever will be at Texas.
  9. Let's put it this way: where would Saban have more pressure to win a national title next year - Alabama or Texas? If you answer Texas, you're either delusional or lying.
  10. Nope, Texas is fine with mediocre whereas Bama has never been. Texas wasn't relevant for years between Royal and Mack, and they've had several very mediocre years under Mack. Hell, there is more pressure to win at several schools in the SEC than there is at Texas. Chizik won a fucking national championship like three years ago at Auburn and got the axe.
  11. Saban's wife seems unhappy with Alabama/the fan base there. And when momma's unhappy, nobody's happy. (Side bar: I think momma's the reason why Urban left Florida/coaching for a year.) Sure, Alabama can throw a boatload of money at Saban too. But here's what Texas has over Alabama: - you don't have to play in the SEC West at Texas - doesn't Texas not have state tax or something? So, Saban gets to keep more of his money - you don't have the extreme pressure to win at Texas like you do at Alabama - Austin is a better place to live than Tuscaloosa - you have a whole lot more and better recruits in your backyard at Texas, and you basically have your pick of the litter
  12. There is going to be sandy vagina and butthurt of epic proportions if Saban leaves for Texas. They erected a fucking statue of him at Alabama, LOL. I can't wait to watch the meltdown happen. BTW, I think Saban takes that job, and I wouldn't blame him in the least. Texas is the best job arguably in all of sports, not just CFB.
  13. Also, is this our 10th BCS appearance? I'm going on memory here: 1998 - tAm - win 2002 - Miami - win 2003 - Kansas State - win 2005 - Notre Dame - win 2006 - Florida - loss 2007 - LSU - loss 2008 - Texas - loss 2009 - Oregon - win 2010 - Arkansas - win 2013 - Clemson
  14. It's ironic that Ohio State was kept out of the first and last BCS title game because of a loss to Michigan State. Also, I don't recall the standings from 1998, but wouldn't it be awesome if, in 1998, Ohio State would have played Florida State? (Ohio State would have rolled either Tennessee or FSU in 1998 -I'm convinced of it.)
  15. Florida State's defense is straight legit. I've been saying that for weeks now. They are going to fucking hammer Auburn and I am going to laugh hysterically when they do. Fuck off Auburn and fuck off SEC.
  16. +1 trillion People think the SEC gets preferential treatment now? Just wait until 3 of the 4 slots are SEC teams. For instance, if the playoff were this year, Bama and Auburn are both definitely in. Then, you'd have every SEC honk in the media making a push for South Carolina or Missouri to make that fourth slot. "But South Carolina ROLLED Clemson just like Florida State did!" "But Missouri only lost to South Carolina without their starting QB and Auburn but Auburn is so epic and Missouri still scored a TON of points on them!" Put it this way, you can pretty much guarantee that any SEC team that is undefeated or has only 1 loss will be in the playoff. I said it here first and you can quote that shit.
  17. Then I think you and I can agree to agree, AMIRITE?
  18. Carlos Hyde didn't get any of his rushing yards on broken plays.
  19. So, are you trying to say that you think the Ohio State offensive game plan was fine? Serious question. I get your argument about that one play (the 4th and 1). But, what I am saying pertains more to the game planning in general.
  20. Yeah, it's apparent that some assignments were being carried out well, so the argument that the offense sputtered because of poor effort just doesn't hold water.
  21. Hyde was shredding that very disciplined, very good MSU defense. Yet you're okay abandoning that and going with 3 yard out routes and QB sneaks?
