  1. Agreed on gray, though not sure what you mean by dark. I posted a link to some gray HRE's that I'm interested in, though I don't know if those would be considered dark gray.
  2. Good thing I didn't buy this car to try to make fast, then. AMIRITE OR AMIRITE
  3. YOU SHUT YOUR DOMESTIC MOUTH WHEN AUDI PEOPLE ARE TALKING I WILL NOW CYBER FIGHT ANYONE WHO DOES NOT DRIVE OR PROFESS LOVE FOR AUDIS
  4. Yup, just a DD. Plans include tint, coilovers, a new set of wheels, and an AWE Touring exhaust, and that's it. It will remain relatively slow, and that will be fine by me. Again, this guy gets it.
  5. No, I'll keep the factory wheels that color. Contrary to Steve's (:dumb:) opinion, I think the factory wheels look fine. However, I do want another set of wheels, and I'm thinking of getting these: http://www.a5oc.com/forums/s5-performance-mods/20129-audi-s5-set-all.html
  6. LOL, are you drunk? BRB, heading to Otie's for your intervention.
  7. I'm not a fan of them either. Would have much rather preferred that Audi made them the same color as the car.
  8. It's still on the purchase list. The S5 is more for daily driving.
  9. Thanks for all the compliments. Steve, how many traumatic brain injuries have you incurred? Seriously, it's got to be at least four, with at least one of them involving an extended loss of consciousness.
  10. I figured he was referring to Jones.
  11. Then I guess it won't pain me too terribly much to tell you to stop saturating my thread with your fucking whining. I think my Audi purchase entitles me to a receive free pomade for an entire year. Wat? They had the exact car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. I would have preferred to have purchased from a local Audi dealer, but they didn't have what I wanted, and I missed the deadline for ordering a 2012.
  12. Figured it was only a matter of time before someone commented on the Porsche. Thanks! Maybe we could get your Bonneville and do a cool photo shoot and create some real buzz! We're friends, right?
  13. I recently purchased a 2012 S5 from a dealership in Tuscon, AZ. Ibis White, Prestige package, black interior. Add ons include sports rear differential and carbon fiber inlays. The car was put in transport today and should be here by next Tuesday. Here are a few pics, which were taken today at the dealership. http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh186/tilley614/photo2.jpg http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh186/tilley614/photo4.jpg http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh186/tilley614/photo1.jpg http://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh186/tilley614/photo3.jpg I'll plan to take some additional photos once the car arrives. *My apologies to Not Brian for starting another Audi thread.
  14. This is what it looks like when I'm completely jealous. When I buy my GT-R, it will look almost exactly like yours. White is so very hot. In the interim, I'm going to covet yours. Congratulations on your acquisition. Completely and utterly boss. :fuckyeah:
  15. Just think, if this thread was written a year ago, he could have wrote himself a reminder to avoid the area yesterday.
  16. Not sure why the need to worry that much about weight reduction; hairdressers are usually not very fat to begin with.
  17. Aaaaaaand they can still ticket (read: TAKE MONEY FROM) people who don't run a front plate, but don't have authorization to do so. So, let's recap: - Vanity no-plate registration fee = $$$$ - Not having to produce front plates = $$$$ - Being able to still ticket people that don't run front plates = $$$$ $$$$ + $$$$ + $$$$ + Ohio = TERRIBLE IDEA
  18. BMV should allow for a "no front plate" option. Kind of like a vanity plate: you pay more for the luxury of not running a front plate and then get a little sticker (or whatever) that you put on the rear plate to show that you don't require a front plate. Everybody wins. Also, another thought about why police don't need front plates: some states don't require front plates, and no one is clamoring in those states about the unsolved crime epidemics.
