  1. One of the greatest pics I have ever seen.

    Hey all!

Just finished some Chipotle: three soft tacos, double chicken, some mild sauce, cheese, and lettuce, with a side of chips w/ green chili sauce. It was, how do you say? ah yes, yummy.
  3. Agreed - I'll shake my head in amazement of how in the hell I could come around you that quickly. You can out 60' me all of you want; unfortunately for you, you'll still have 1260 more feet of track left to try to hold me off. I really hate to smoke an LSx brethern, but, hey, you offered the call out.
  4. I will drag your ass down the 1320. End of very short story. Believe the hype.
  5. You're right, there's nothing that says, "Baby, you're special to me, and here's a dinner to show my appreciation of what you mean to me" than stupid fucking Xmas lights strung across a quasi-pub with dumbass waitstaff periodically belting out annoying chants while pounding dinner plates together.
  6. Your third grader teached just handed me a note. It reads: "This student is pretty fucking dumb."
  7. Columbus Fish Market on Olentangy River Road. Reasonably priced, a little more upscale, and good food.
  8. I hear ya, homie - thanks. Also, on those vids, you know come spring there's going to be all kinds of footage.
  9. Yes, it has twin GT35R's. Nope, I don't know anything on the numbers yet - I should know that within the next few weeks, though, and I'll post those up once I have them.
  10. "Well, baby, I was just wondering, you know, with us being married now and all, how many guys before me have you been with?"
  11. Yup, it involves some cutting, and, yeah, I wanted to avoid that for obvious reasons. However, if done correctly, it looks great and functionally works wonders. As for the street tire, I'd probably run (on the street) the largest Nitto DR they make, which, I believe, is a 335. There's been some active debate amongst my friends about (1) whether or not a 335 on a 12" rim would fit under my car without mini-tubbing it and (2) more importantly, how far it would stick out from the fender if it does fit under there.
  12. My vote would be to ditch it.
  13. Nate, I'm almost certain that you didn't have a single thing to do with that other thread being redirected and so forth. Reading what you and Brett were posting was actually informative.
  14. Wow. Okay, thanks for the compliments everyone. I'm going to respect Anthony's order and conveniently dodge all of the craziness going on in this thread right now. Shawn, well, we both know the rear end will only last so long. Hopefully, I can get more life out of it by not beating on it - that is, by avoiding a lot of 5K clutch dumps and so forth. Not sure what direction I'll go in - IRS or no - when it eventually does go.
  15. How second class does the Rose Bowl feel right now? Granddaddy of them all? Uh, how about Consolation Prize for the Losers. USC versus UM is a great game, insofar one of them has to lose.
  16. Troy Smith has thrown all of five interceptions this year, if I am remembering his stats correctly. I'd say it's a least a stretch to say that it's "inevitable" that he'll throw an interception (singular), let alone interceptions (plural).
  17. I know, and, eventually, a built transmission will go in mine. But, at the power I'm planning to make, even some of the "built" transmissions are likely to fail. So, given than I can't get much for a stock transmission, I figured to just forgo upgrading that for the time being, see how long I can go without breaking it, and then, when it does break, invest in a heavy-duty tranmission.
  18. Yeah, but if it ain't broke and you can't really get anything for it, then see how much mileage you can get it out of before it breaks and then replace it. Besides, I'm not trying to pop off a bunch of dig races on this set-up, and, from rolls, the spinnage may actually help in this department - spinning = less strain. In any event, I'm not trying to refute your notion - you are absolutely correct in that it's simply a matter of time. Triple disc, carbon fiber. It engages easily, is easy to slip, doesn't chirp, and doesn't feel drastically different from the stock clutch in terms of drivability. (NOTE for others: IMO, the stock Z06 clutch was fucking butter. This new clutch is about the same as my stock 03 Cobra clutch in terms of drivability, to give you some frame of reference.)

Yeah, I'm inclined to agree with you - it wasn't a total choke, considering how well UCLA played. And, no flames from me - I also think that OSU would have had trouble keeping USC from putting a bunch of points on the board. Quite frankly, from one standpoint, I'm glad OSU won't play USC, as USC was really starting to scare me, with all of their weapons on offense and their speed and agility on defense. Now, who is it: UM or UF? Polls of fans show a nearly 50-50 split across the nation on the issue. Either way, chaos should ensure - which I personally love, considering the implications (e.g., more pressure to establish a playoff-like system).
  20. Yeah, it's worth it. It's the hottest club in the city. The atmosphere is unique - it's an old, gothic-esque church turned into a nightclub. Three floors, lots of open room, with really expensive art on the walls (which you can purchase, if you want). The girls are fine - after all, it's the "in" place, so that crowd will be there until the next new thing opens. The dress code is what you'd expect - don't wear something haggard, or risk being humiliated by the doormen.
  21. Just give IPS a call - they'll let you know.
  22. Yeah, virtually no lag at all. I was surprised as well. Oh snaps. (Awesome double bind, BTW - kudos.)

USC choked, big time. Got caught looking ahead and started believing all the hype about how great they are. Oopsie, muthafuckers. We'll fuck Florida up. Michigan too, if they're unlucky enough to backdoor their way into the game. My prediction is that Florida will get the nod and be OSU's opponent in the title game. With USC out, there's now two very good reasons to put in Florida over Michigan: (1) it will put in a SEC team, so the SEC can officially wash the sand out of their collective vagina; and (2) it will prevent a rematch, and thus (2a) keep the purists happy and (2b) keep everyone happy that hates when teams like Nebraska and Oklahoma backdoor their ways into title games. Florida's strength of schedule will go up, and they should get enough votes from the pollsters.
