  2. "ruinms" doesn't stand a chance when this one is finished. He'll be trading or selling his little hair dryer soon, just wait and see.
  3. Nikki called you back and left the quote on your voice mail. Pls let me know if we can help.
  4. Ok, here’s the first in a series of what’s to come. I would like to periodically highlight and post some of the more interesting projects and builds we have going on at our shop. I believe that some CR members are unaware of the volume of projects that we have completed and the depth and scope of the builds we most often get. This, I believe, is largely because most of our customers historically haven’t been CR members. For the mod motor mustang crowd, I thought you might be interested in some of the high end builds we do. This post contains photos of a projected 1000-1100 hp modular engine we are currently building. Starting with a Teksid aluminum block with billet main caps as the foundation. http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/024.jpg Next, a pair of hand ported and polished 03 cobra heads that flow 310/255. I know this is not the popular thing these days with all the CNC stuff out there, but the cost is only $1800 by hand versus $3200 for CNC ones that flow the same. http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/007-1.jpg http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/003-2.jpg Now comes the rotating assembly rated to handle this build http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/010-1.jpg To top this monster off, we have a one of a kind sheetmetal intake designed and built for Mike Ward Racing by Logan Motorsports, near Chicago IL. A leader in mod motor racing intakes. http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/008-1.jpg We hold it all together with some of the best rings, bearings, head studs and main studs available. http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/011-1.jpg While you can buy more expensive aftermaket cams, we haven’t found anything that’s makes more power than Ford GT cams. So that’s what we continue use in almost all of our boosted builds. http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/014-1.jpg Innovators West dampers are not only SFI approved but look great on the front of a big budget build like this. http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/026.jpg Now for the fun part, the boost is provided by Prochargers largest “street supercharger” for an 03/04 cobra, a F1A cog belt driven bad boy set up to operate at approx 24lbs. http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/016-2.jpg http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/017-1.jpg I should have it all blueprinted and assembled in a couple weeks. Stay tuned for more updates as we strive to meet our target of 1100hp with this combination.
  5. I got your no. I will call you tomorrow, let you know what I have.
  6. I've used fex-ex ground and conway. It wil cost about 150 bucks and u have to crate it, wrap it in plastic, drain all the fluids and strap it.
  7. Modular Depot does not build their own engines.
  8. We have been building Modular engines since 2003 and we have built at least 5 Modular engines per year since. We probably have built as many over the years as most other shops combined. We just finished three Stroker Cobra engines. We are currently working on five additional 4.6L Cobra engines including one for Randy Barch (bighairdryer). We are a dealer for Livernois Motorsports and work very closely with their engine development department to assure that we incorporate the latest technology in each engine that we build. We are not trying to brag just want to convey that we know these engines inside and out and have many years of experience. There are other reputable engine builders that build more engines than we do per year, although I am sure there is no one else locally who has done as many modular engines as we have. Listed below are a couple pictures of the projects we have recently completed and a few that are in progress. I will post more detailed information and pictures about our recently completed projects very soon so that CR members that aren’t familiar with our work can see some of the very interesting projects that we do. http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/055.jpg http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/039.jpg http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/040.jpg http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/042.jpg http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb192/mxward1/044.jpg

  16. John, We have a huge inventory of VP fuels in stock as well. We get a new truck each month also. If for some odd reason we don't have what you need we can get it UPS'd in. Additionally, we are a CR sponsor and would greatly appreciate your business. Finally, we can beat any price anytime. Mike
  17. I stock it.....just ask. 740-964-3503
  18. Oh no! The secret is out.
  19. I am a subjobber for VP fuels. I keep Q16 in stock in 5gal containers. it's $85/5gal pal. I have to get it from my storage, so you can pick it up on your way to the track if u let me know u want it. Just give me a couple of hours notice. Mike
  20. I have driven through several and have never seen one blocked off. We just had one in Pataskala a couple of weeks ago and they had signs at least a half mile away from the check point. If you wanted to go around you would have had plenty of opportunity. They didn't even stop me, just waved me through. -Nikki
