  1. I’m about to come into a quarter of a cow in the next few weeks and I realize I don’t have anywhere near the capacity in my two current fridges. Does anyone have one they’re looking to unload or know someone who’s selling? Looking for 5-7 cu. ft. Don’t care about condition as long as it runs and doesn’t look like something out of a horror movie inside. Can pick up wherever.
  2. Hey Craig,

Happy to see what I can find. Email me what you're looking for and I'll search tomorrow. nborgia@byersauto.com

  3. A pan wouldn't have helped to be honest, but I bet it's good insurance. The old tank literally split on the bottom and water just gushed out. That's why I had to cut out a big chunk of drywall as it flooded behind the wall and it just absorbed it all.

  5. Very cool. Definitely looking forward to watching this progress.
  6. Nice pickup! Last time I saw an MSM was probably 5 years ago when one just like yours passed around a few friends before being completely rebuilt and sold to someone in New England.
  7. I have something like this (not this model) secured inside my bedside table drawer. https://www.amazon.com/Digital-Electronic-Recessed-Security-Jewelry/dp/B00U2VQ4MA
  8. I would suggest talking to Doc too.
  9. Thank you. Something I will look into. Hopefully this new tank won't fail me. Old one lasted 17 years, but had a "catastrophic failure" according to the plumber. Hence the damage.
  10. Finally got around to redoing my basement bathroom/laundry room after our water tank blew and flooded the bathroom a few months ago. First attempt at something like this and learned a lot. I do hate dry walling and the vinyl trim was more of a pain than I thought it would be. Before: Cheap vanity and flat, tan paint. During Found some mold behind the washer so replaced more dry wall. Paint. Finished product:
  11. I was hoping you'd swing by and check.
  12. Do I really want to drive 50 minutes though, and possibly be disappointed? Next time you're coming to Columbus, pick up a couple boxes for me before you leave.
  13. Focus hasn't had a plate for 2 years since I ripped off the aftermarket bracket I had on there. Probably going to remove it from the Fusion if my boss doesn't care. Wife told me not to touch her Escape.
  14. I've really enjoyed it. It's a great balance of being comfortable for daily use and fun to drive when I'm not. It feels way more alive compared to my Fusion demo and is miles more comfortable than the Focus RS I had before the Fusion. Only problem I've had with it outside of many recalls is a dip in revs when the A/C compressor kicks on. There's fixes for it, but it doesn't bother me enough to do them. Factory brakes lasted me 50k, tires last about 25k. It's awesome with snow tires in the winter too. Hasn't missed a beat in the 7 years I've had it. Space is fine inside considering it's a compact. I can barely fit two suitcases in the hatch, but I can. A carseat requires the seat to be pulled up if you go with the base trim, but they are all-day comfortable. The optional Recaros seems a bit thinner and give rear seats more leg room, but they are TIGHT if you're fat like me. Great seats when you're pushing the car though. Only real complaint is the small fuel tank, but that's a minor one. Happy to answer any other questions.
  15. Thanks again for the work Tim. Happy to have it looking sharp again. Definitely excited to keep it this way from now on. Even my wife and kid were impressed with your work.

This is all I've been sipping lately. It's still very good, even if it's more expensive.

This whole “hobby” makes no sense.

I've seen this popping up a lot lately. I'll have to give it a shot sometime. No problem. I was over my friend's house last night and he bought a bottle of the 1792 on my suggestion. He's not into this stuff at all and he was really enjoying it. I've also tried so much stuff over the past year or so that I've got a list my favorites for different price points.

I just don't get the whole limited buying stores give it. I haven't dabbled much on the wheated side, but I enjoyed Larceny when I tried it. These aren't wheated. I'm going off price point. The two I recommend to everyone is Elijah Craig and 1792, both small batches, are right at $30 and very enjoyable. If you want something even cheaper, I'd recommend Evan Williams BiB.

There's better bourbons for $30 and under that aren't "one per person".
