range rover + 15k cash?!

Does anyone have the fan clutch tools to remove the fan on a 96-02 range rover 4.6? I am replacing the water pump but do not have the specialty tools to get the fan off. If no one has them does anyone know where I can rent the tools? Joe Apparently a GM water pump pulley tool will work if anyone has that.
