  1. I love my 95 vfr 750. fairly cheap for the amount you get, very comfortable, and still is not slow, mine does 165. I love the power band of the v4, and it still has a direct gear transmission, unlike the newer 800s. You would need to add any storage yourself though, I just have a tank bag.
  2. Yea i went sky diving there it's a little un-nerving watching everyone shoot at you, as long as no one accidentally loads up some deer slugs your good. I shot skeet at another airport that did skydiving too, I guess it's not that uncommon.
  3. Kel-Tec PF9 w/CTC laser + survival tactics custom holster. Been carrying this package for over a month now. Very happy with the way it performs, weighs only 19oz. with all 8 rds. Sure the gun isn't great to shoot because it's so tiny but I can still put down 8" group of 14rds. at 25ft. Ran a variety of ammo though it with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend the holster too, local, quick turn around, decent price and wearing well so far, I can almost forget I have it on sometimes. http://i.imgur.com/Yg5gN.jpg http://i.imgur.com/eifeP.jpg
  4. BPS is good for that stuff, if that's close too you, I'm sure they have the part in stock and it should be really easy to install. Spray a little seamfoam though (make sure it's hot first) Drain all the old gas and put new gas, clean/replace the plug or have BPS do everything. It'll be much better than buying any $50 trimmer.
  5. I have a 4ish year old LG, don't remember the model but it's a flip phone, light use, had a decent battery last time I used it, 1.3MP camera $10 cheap enough?
  6. Just registered, just need to flush the brake fluid and I'll be all set.
  7. Just got my new motor broken in on the corolla, it's a 4age silvertop 20v, she's got a Frankensteined AFM that needs tuned in, and maybe mess with the timing a little bit. only mods are : custom intake, higher comp from cut head (don't know how much) and a bowl blend/polish. Anybody around here have experience tuning these things? Curious to see how much power a 19 year old 1.6L NA engine can make.
  8. Can arrange pickup or meet me at the event. PM me please.
  9. No longer need a dirt bike, willing to trade for a ar-15 or high qulity semi-auto 12 gauge.
  10. In case anybody still wants to know they were both rod knocks.
  11. The current gen rav4 is quite good, past generations were awful in my opinion mostly for mechanical reasons. edge is nice but pretty ugly, I like driving the cx-7 the best however we've had to replace 2 engines recently, not sure if the owners abused them or not.
  12. Has aprx. 1 hour of practice on new ring and spark plug, 2 hours on new DID chain and 3rd bearing. 2hours on new fuel hose, 82 (i think) rear sprocket, cone filter (always ran with.) digitron tach+temp. Currently has decent for practice brigestone YHC tires. and freeline magnesium wheels (bearing in wheel), new lug nuts. 1 hour on new wheel bearings. Ribtect real carbon fiber seat hortsman 3 disk wet clutch with orthendal cover/cooler. Also comes with as pictured: Burris starter, homemade upright kart stand, 3 more sprockets 90,88, and 86 I think. 2 bottles of redline 10wt clutch oil, chain beaker tool, number plate regulation air box, and the front bar. Included but not pictured: Ikart neck protector 4 MG red front tires (used but good for practice) 2 of witch are mounted on Freeline wheels with new wheel bearings, 1 tank of gas, other random kart bits, hardware and such. all you need is a helmet to get started, I have been told by others that are good that this setup handles quite well at circleville however this is a stock engine and would not be competitive. Great for practice, ready to start and run. $1300 http://i.imgur.com/gqkVal.jpg http://i.imgur.com/yPs10l.jpg http://i.imgur.com/DzeGbl.jpg
  13. My dad has one and he loves it, uses it like it's meant to be too. Somewhat hard trail riding, towing a boat, 4x4ing down in the hunting grounds and hauling deer out, he took it to the sand dunes and has a trip planned for some rock crawling in Colorado later this year. The biggest problem is rear visibility, not that big a concern for me. if you get an 07' you have to do a little bit of wing to get the rear diff lock and the A-track system to work at the same time, but it's pretty easy. There is two at carmax on sawmill, one is under 19K and the other is under 23K.
  14. I may be interested, full time mechanic w/welder, casual driver. Although I do have a fire suit and other safety equipment. Driving experience is pretty limited: 3 years autocross, one year of karts, and plan on doing first track day at nelson ledges in June. Might be able to get a sweet hookup on a car if you you still need one.
  15. I've seen a Cherokee at an OVR event once, just be carfull if a golf will run up on two wheels and almost flip it's going to be pretty easy for a jeep to do the same.
  16. There is a 40 percent chance my corolla will be ready, what class does an engine swap put you in? I mean the engine is stock in japan does that count?
  17. I'll be there after taking all last year off. As long as I can get a battery before then.know if any autoX at columbus motor speedway is planned this year?
  18. I was imppressed with the LC9 it's tiny, all my shots were without misfire of anytype, and I was shooting it just as good as a glock 26 or my old sig 250sc. Although it's not the qulity of glock or a sig, however that's all I need in a carry gun. Personally I'd rather not have the safty, or the mag safty.
